I am very happy with fone zone me, i bought iphone 13 Pro excellent, good quality no scratch 100% battery... the only problem i received was with shipping company they dont communicate

I ordered an Apple Watch series 9, gold stainless steel case and gold stainless steel bracelet but I received a pink colored Apple Watch with pink teflon band that is listed cheaper than the one I ordered. I have reached out to them for a replacement to no avail. Their only means of communication is on WhatsApp and they stopped responding to my messages. Their email address is not open.

Satisfied with their customer service, very fast and polite. I bought iphone 12 and I never expected that it would be this good

Honestly this app or site is the only one that can be shipped to SAUDI ARABIA 🇸🇦 because the others apps or sites they can't be shipped to us as customers, especially at SAUDI ARABIA due the reason of "Which of the following items cannot be transported by air?
The following dangerous goods classes have restrictions for air travel: corrosives, gases, flammable liquids, oxidising materials, organic peroxides, toxic substances, radioactive materials, infectious substances, explosives, miscellaneous including dry ice and petrol engines, flammable solids and magnetised materials." A.K.A like nail polish, perfumes, batteries etc just like my case of some apps or sites failure to be shipped to me.. but in FONEZONE.ME they can!!
& the quality of stuffs is good, refurbished but looks like secondary users uses due for an old stuffs 😉

& now we'll talk about FONEZONE.ME services, I can't said they're good at all but in my case that this app is the only one can reach out to me, this is good ones than others,
They service is bad, they talk about the orders can be shipped within 7 days but none, I have my orders after 21 DAYS..
& when I looking out about my orders, I can't find it in their app (1. especially you can't find about communicating with sellers in FONEZONE apps
2. you can't find comments or reviews on products that they offer to you
3. when you want to knowing where's your orders, FONEZONE just give you customers services pages that just give you about " we'll ship your orders ASAP, we're apologize about your inconvenience, we just ship your orders as soon as you order to us, ETC" cause what they said like that?? Cause they're not the actually sellers they just company that use on customer services only..
4. Fonezone apps is a lot of failures but not make they bad at all, just in case they too much used another way that I think, why you're not just place all the customers need in apps?? Like others
5. A lot of miss information about stuffs especially refurbished stuffs JUST LIKE ME...
the pictures in Fonezone apps is blurred that you can't see what actually the laptops, chromebook, phone & etc are..
So you just can read about information of stuffs that you want just at description pages not in pictures, in my case the offer is LENOVO 4GB RAM, 32 ROM IDEAPAD 3 CHROMEBOOK CB11IGL05 so I take it &...
But here's came in with LENOVO CHROMEBOOK N42!!... no way.

That was crazy, the BIG MISS INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCTS.

in their description wrote it that lenovo ideapad 3 but in their blurred pictures is LENOVO N42!! & the chromebook came out to me is LENOVO N42. Oh my God..

Honestly I Want make refund about this, but I won't cause the time that they takes just for shipment from UAE to SAUDI ARABIA & this summertime I just want to learn about chromebook & they take a lot of my holidays times to study on chromebook just in shipment.. so won't lose my time again just for make refund & order again... & I take it that actually shouldn't to be
