Offered the best price online. Sent a recorded delivery envelope by return. I send the wrong model of phone and they emailed to say they had paid me the correct amount, which was more. I wouldn't have known if they hadn't been so honest. Great company. Can't recommend enough

A great service all round, i sent phone without order number and received an email, with pictures, that had been sent out to everyone who had sent a similar phone, i recognised my phone and replied. Very professional company.
I was a little bit apprehensive about posting my phone to a company, but I was pleasantly suprised. I received a prepaid envelope in the post. It took 2 days and the money was in my bank. Very professional firm and answered all my questions quickly. They give the highest price, will definitely use again!
