Very good at identifying packages without order number as I sent mine without one and communication was good I would be using this service again but will be including my order number as it causes more time but very good in dealing with the situation

Its a bit of a nightmare when you come to sell your old phone, This one went like a dream, clearly a well set up outfit, communications was excellent from start to finish and payment was made within three/four days from when i sent the phone in the pre paid envelope they sent me. Next time i am changing my phone i would definately use them again.

I got more than I had originally been quoted. Quick response from delivering the postage bag to receiving the money once I had sent it back.

Fonepal is an excellent recycle company. Very fast response to sending the container and payment into the bank. I highly recommend this firm.

Sold my phone with a cracked screen to fone pal, the free post bag came within 48hrs and the full amount quoted was paid within 24hrs of posting. No complaints, great speedy service , they also pay out more than the bigger names. Will 100% use again when I need to.

Ordered a prepaid postage pack and sent my phone on the Tuesday and recieced the full amount quoted on the Thursday (would have been on the Wednesday but there was a delay due to a problem on my end.) 100% recommend!

Both guys were very helpful and friendly. I managed to damage my own phone which they were very obliging about.... That's what's known as grest customer service!!

I was kept in the loop throughout the whole process which I liked. I really liked the fact that you can make contact via WhatsApp. So much easier without too much time being taken up around phone calls.

In years time when I am due a new upgrade my phone un-damaged will be sold to these guys.

Quick turnaround and useful info emailed. Full price offered was paid. Just be aware that you'll pay a fee if you opt for payment via PayPal. Also, I had to pay extra postage as not enough was put on the envelope.

Edit: I posted this review without giving these guys a chance to respond to the issues (PayPal fee and postage). They have provided evidence that the postage was more than adequate (I will take this up with the Post Office) and they have refunded the PayPal fee and the extra postage I paid. This company have been more than fair with me and given excellent customer service. I have apologised for my hasty review and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their phone.

Only posted the phone off yesterday afternoon and just had the money in my account. They sent me the postage envelope so it was no hassle or bother for me. Highly recommend.

Without a doubt the easiest and most profitable way to recycle your old phone and by some margin the best price I could find. I requested a prepaid return envelope, returned my phone, then received full payment the next day. Friendly, efficient and professional.
