I found the exact replacement part that…

I found the exact replacement part that I needed and it arrived in just over 2 days! I was very impressed with the delivery time and also the whole process on ordering the part. The over experience was great!
The part that I received was exactly what I wanted and was original replacement part so I was happy to see the quality was as good as the original.

Ordered 2 different adapters for my Samsung VR , they sent me the same one twice. Different model numbers but both identical. Of course neither fit.

I am really sorry to hear you have had a bad buying experience from us and that you were sent an incorrect item.

After checking the details of your order I can confirm that you placed orders on 2 separate days for 2 different parts. The 2 parts you ordered are not for the same Samsung VR model. One is for an SM-R323 (VR2) and the other is for an SM-R324 (VR3). Both parts look basically identical but they are for 2 different VR models.

To assist you further we would need to know the actual "SM" number it is you require the part for. To find out how to obtain this information please visit the following website: https://www.vrheads.com/how-find-your-gear-vr-model-number

Please send this and any other details to sales@fonejoy.com where you will be looked after by our sales staff and stock permitting, will be supplied with the correct part. We will also arrange any returns and/or refunds required on your previous orders.

Perfect buy

The whole process works well, the web shop is easy and clear to use and the delivery of items is fast, although in my case it is not as fast as I would have liked because I live outside the UK.
