A tad confusing
All was well and swift, however, found it strange that I was offered a recipient paid option for posting yet had to pay $10 for postage... So really $25 from the phone ended up being $15.

I’d definitely recommend
Easy process, was a little unsure at first but trustpilot reviews put my mind at ease.
Really happy with the price Fonebank paid for my iPhone 7plus which was in good condition. Next time I sell I will be donating some of my returned funds to redcross. Thank you for making it easy to sell online.

Paid top price
I was impressed that Fonebank offered the best return for my old Apple products. The process was easy to follow. My only hiccup was that it took longer than Fonebank claimed to examine and approve my sale. An email to enquire what the delay was resulted in an apology and immediate processing. No issues getting the money to my account quickly once processed. I would use Fonebank again.
