Quick and easy
Chose to trade 2 tablets to Fonebank because they provided the best quote online. Within 11 days of putting them in the post, the full amount quoted was in my bank account without having to do anything else. Only downside is the need to pay your own postage if you want tracking and insurance (a must when sending devices like this through the post).

I was so sceptical sending my phone to Melbourne from Gold Coast without receiving any money beforehand. NO WORRIES, received an email 7 days later, and the $102 for my so broken screen, touch screen - dead, ruined battery - straight into my account.
These people are honest and fair. It honestly made me proud to be an Aussie, sending my phone to these guys with zero assurance, then to be paid. 5 🌟 100%

Very good service but they only take working phones.

Thanks very much for rating us highly. We feel we should point out that what we take are working phones or those that can be made to work. The biggest barriers to taking damaged or faulty phones is screen damage beyond a simple crack and devices locked to iCloud accounts, Google accounts, by password, or other restrictive proprietary software that can't be cleared.
