Have not received my bag but so far the service has been excellent. I ordered this bag last night and it is ready to be shipped! Cannot wait to get it.

Received and followed instructions, but beanbag "bottoms out" a lot, requiring laborious effort to redistribute and fluff up the foam bits. It looks and feels underfilled. But it is generally comfortable and nice to hang out on.

Great product. Was leery of the quality of a big bean bag this size, but it's awesome. It was packed/shipped with care & quality in mind. Super easy set up & is amazing. Kids do flips & swan dives into it; multiple people watch movies @ a time....I've even taken a solid nap!!! Great purchase & would not hesitate to get a 2nd!!!

The cover that came from Fombag exceeded my expectations!! Beautiful fabric, color and fit!

Bought our 26-year-old a Fombag Bean Bag for Christmas and was puzzled by the size of the box. It seemed so small. I didn’t understand how it would grow. It’s amazing! We’re actually thinking it may take over the living room. It’s terrific and he’s thrilled with it. Great product!

When I ordered this x large chair , I assumed it would be overstuffed , once it had time to expand . Not only did it not expand enough to fill out the cover , when you sit in it, you bottom out . I weight around 160 and this extra large chair should not allow you to reach the floor. I have ordered other poof chairs , from other companies in the past for my work and an kicking myself for trying a new company . I would have given it 1 star , but the the cover was soft. If you are looking for a giant foam chair , stay away from this company for the higher price they charge , it should be filled with foam .

I bought the fom pillow. I accidentally ordered the wrong color cover and they are so awesome they are exchanging it for me. I amazed at the customer service. You can reach someone in the phone and if you email they get right back to you.

I am going to have to buy another one because nobody wants to sit on the couch anymore. It is so comfortable my two daughters, dog and cat are all fighting for it. It is less money than the more expensive competition and just as comfortable. I highly recommend. Order one and you will fall in love.

When it arrives just know the foam is vacuumed sealed and in a cover. My cover was lime green and I ordered olive. Made a phone call and realized what I had to do. The cover was put aside. Once undone, cover on, and rolled..in 24 hrs it doubled in size. Amazing! Love it!

My grandson just loves his new fombag chair. I was very impressed with quality of it. Now everyone wants one.

We were excited to get our bag and upon arrival,it didn’t disappoint! We did order additional foam which was at no additional cost! The customer service rep made it easy for us to get our bag filled to our comfort. We were looking at a lovesac but didn’t want the pay the high price. The fombag is a great alternative; you will get quality at an affordable price! I highly recommend!

I still haven’t heard back from customer service about my order.This is a very important gift and I would really appreciate it if I can get an updated

This is a must have. Very comfortable and me and my husband and 2 dogs fit on it perfectly! We love it so much and recommend this to everyone!

Fombag is so easy to work with. Their quality is great, but their customer service is stellar.

I ordered 2 bags, both seem to be very good quality however both are significantly under filled. I waited 5 days to be sure the foam had time to rise but they are both still not filled enough. I will need to figure out how to order more foam. Other than that they will be perfect I think.

Not even 24 hours after posting a review fombag contacted me about more filling. 24 hours after that more foam had been shipped to me with no cost to me. I am impressed with the customer service. I will definitely be ordering from this company again!

They didn't live up to their quick ship option. But, were willing to refund me because they overpromised. For that I thank them. Many companies are not willing to right their wrongs and this one was. Thanks fombag.

I like the product but when you empty then foam into a bean bag the bag is hard to empty into. Too much plastic bag left as if the bag is huge and just vacuum the bag to compact it. The problem is when I cut it thinking that it’s a bottom it’s like it’s impossible to empty into the bean bag because it has so much over bag and I cut it in the bottom thinking it would be a lot less messier but it leaves a lot of product also in the bag. Maybe have a bag that doesn’t have so much plastic so I can just cut the bottom and dump the product into it and not have so much plastic to pull out like 8feet extra. Jesus !

Product was exactly as described. Delivery took a while but was well worth the wait. I bought the product to fill 2 leather ottomans. Was able to fill both so they are full and had some left over. Couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend.

incredible experience, looking forward to recharging my beanbag! purchased 3-thirty pound shredded foam refills.

Customer service was good when I called to cancel one of three 30lb bags I ordered. The foam on the other hand was the problem, huge chunks that needed to be cut up, this is not all finely shredded foam, I spent hours sifting through the foam to find the big chunks and cut them up my self which makes your Lovesac fluffy and comfy.
