Great product! Bean bag could use a little more stuffing, but easy to fix as extra is available. Best of all, their customer service is excellent—makes all the difference.

it's not 1 star because I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, since I haven't heard anything. Although, I placed my order Jan 1st. It's February 8th and I haven't as so much received an email. Nothing. I have emailed, and no one has answered. Thankfully this is through paypal, but c'mon what can possibly be going wrong to cause this? Communication is key. Even if you said it's backordered x weeks. That's fine. But to not send anything at all is not cool. Invoice 72015.

Didn't have the color I ordered. You know how many covers you have and when orders come through. You should be able to track how many you have left and automatically disable things.

Also customer service rep was polite but didn't actually appear to read email when I said "I would rather have black or brown but grey would be fine".

Ordered over a week ago, still no product. They were out of stock on my first color choice then asked me to choose a different color. Chose another color and was notified they were out of that one now as well. Made a third choice, still waiting on my cover. I was offered a discount but the whole process has been a headache.

I've owned 3 over the years and love them. The bags are super comfortable and their customer service is top notch.

Very good experience! Bag fill came in heavy duty packing and was very secure. Price was very good. Will definitely be ordering from Fombag in the future.

I researched and looked at reviews for days. For the price FomBag is totally worth it. After getting my bag, they sent extra foam b/c it was underfilled and that did the trick. I ended up sending emails and all were answered very quickly and they resolved my 'issues' with no arguments.

My 'history' - happened to go into a Lovesac store and sat in a bean bag chair - absolutely decided I wanted one but who can spend 1500 on a bean bag set up (w/ ottoman and neck pillow), there has to be an alternative. Found Fombag online started reviewing reviews.
1. They will send more foam if needed.
2. 1/5th the cost
3. For the price - I think the foam may be better in lovesac but fombag is totally comfy and worth looking at.

I have had my fombag for almost a week and Iove it. In comparison to my in store try out of lovesac - lovesac you don't sink as low when you sit/flop in but fombag does catch you when you flop down. In store - I didn't feel the foam pieces I was sitting on, fombag you can feel the pieces of torn up foam but that could be differences in the covers (in store I sat in a phur cover but I bought a microfiber). I have found that I fluff it everyday before getting in it and then maybe once/twice more after a potty break. depending on where the dogs are with me on it and trying to get it where my head is supportedish. I do wish there were handles on it to make moving it and rolling it a little easier - roll up on edge then 1/4 turn roll up on edge seems to get a good fluff for initial flop into it :) . If you add foam get ready for a colossal mess and get some static spray.

Pros: cheapest shredded foam on the Internet, and free shipping. Cons: Not as pictured or described. The foam I received is mixed colors. There is very little high density foam. There are brick-sized chunks as well as tons of small bits and everything in between. The material may be fine for a dog bed or ottoman, but it's unusable for pillows. There is so much hard material, rigid pieces and even plastic in the mix. It's like they sold me their trash. As I was picking out the hard chunks, I found my hands covered in grit. It feels like some foam is disintegrating even before I've had a chance to use it. I suspect the ottoman I made will need to be restuffed soon. But so much of this product is unusable, I will be buying foam from someone else.

Had some concern about colour fading of my bean bag so instead of returning the product I contacted customer service. Awesome team. They even suggested me to check the fill level of my bean bag and ended up sending me a new cover and extra filling. Best customer service. Very friendly throughout the process.

My order came promptly and customer service was extremely quick to respond. I’m not happy with the Fombag Neck Pillow I purchased. It’s not filled with the filling. It feels as if at least half the stuffing is missing. Although I have not weighed the pillow I’m sure it doesn’t weigh any where near 2 lbs. it as light as a feather.

Everything was shipped timely and arrived as described! He loves it!

I bought this to replace an old ratty couch and bed and it actually freed up a lot of space in my room, despite being the 8' model. I was a bit worried that it would be too soft to sleep on at first, but after a week of sleeping on it I'm quite happy with the result. the only comment I can make is that I wish the foam had been shredded slightly smaller, or at least more consistently. There are several fairly large chunks of foam inside that I have to rearrange before I can get comfy on it. I'll probably end up ordering a bit more foam as well to make it slightly more firm for sleeping, but it seems pretty easy to add extra to it. Customer service was very quick to respond to my inquiry a few months back regarding this as well.

Updated: updated to 5 stars. Customer service reached out to me and sent (and expedited shipping on) a 7ft cover and sent me a return label for the 6ft bag. The 7 ft fits sooo great. There is some excess material but it doesn’t change function or comfort at all. By getting the 7ft, it allows the bag to sit lower and wider and makes it much more useable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Original post: The 6’ bag fit my lovesac supersac but it’s not 6’ in diameter. It’s closer to 4’ so it causes the bag to sit more narrow and very high. A kid can’t even get up onto it. As a 5’11 adult, I have to jump up onto it. I would have thought it would have been 6’ in diameter so it sits lower and wider and can actually be used.

Great experience. Arrived soon, easy to assemble. Truthfully, was w a lot of fun to watch it slowly expand over several days!!

Good product

The price was decent and the customer service was quick and attentive when called about pricing. The quality of the product was poor. There was tons of hard pieces from different foam and also tons of very large pieces that I had to cut up. Because of these issues I had to screen all 30 lbs. to extract the hard pieces and cut up all the big pieces, not cool. I will be finding another company to buy more foam.
