Your parcel was collected from your Royal Mail depot the day after they attempted delivery to your address. Royal Mail require valid identification to collect parcels from their depot, which is why we asked you to enquire at your depot as to who collected your parcel successfully whilst showing ID with your name before we take the next step which would have been to send out a replacement. Unfortunately you did not reply to our correspondence and instead decided to leave a review as a means to conclude matters.
Please understand that when Royal Mail confirm successful delivery of your parcel, there are protocols for us to follow otherwise this scenario could be exploited by customers much to our disadvantage. If you could kindly reach out to us at admin@fogfathers.co.uk so that we can find an amicable solution and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
