Very satisfied with the customer's service. I wasn't able to get in my flight beam cause I have unfortunately been sick for days before flight and I have to cancel my booking. I wrote to their support email and they answered back in 15-30mins. And within a next whole day, gave me a refund with 3 banking days treatment. Recommended

I rarely give reviews, but I am very grateful that Flysmarter helped us in a very stressful situation. Finnair had cancelled out flights to Auckland and gave us only the opportunity to get a refund or wait for 4 days to depart ø. We where looking into a travel for life and not willing to just give up. Maciej from Flysmarter took up the challenge and got us on a flight the same day. Thank you so much.

We was notified by the airline that partial of our flights was cancelled without provided an alternative solution. Fast service and rebooking of Finnair/qatar air cancelled flight.

I had a great encounter with Flysmarter, and when an Airline changed my itinerary, Flysmart was super quick and extremely helpful to book me onto another flight. To me delight it was an ever better flight plan. Highly recommend them to others!

Incredibly bad. EVERY airline grants 10 kg of luggage. And ONLY one grants 5 kg. The luggage alone is 3 kg without anything in it? When we told fly smarter they just apologised and didn’t do anything about it. we weren’t even informed about this. This is 1 of 6 flights where the luggage been reduced to 5kg. DONT CHOOSE THIS AGENCY if you care about your money. They dont care and they will not help you or take accountability!!
