I give them top stars because I didn’t have to upgrade to any gold membership to get a quick respons from them by email when Air Canada was on strike and my flight times had changed. They solved the matter pretty quickly and gave me a new E-ticket and informed me if the new times. Good service here.

Excellent customer service, professional, accurate and efficient!

Flysmarter have been exceptional helpful when we for some reason did not get seats next to eachother. Everything was fixed quick and smooth.

FlySmarter urged us to contact the airline because they noticed the airline didn't rebook us in the system yet. Turns out we were indeed not and the airline failed to notify us that we had -no- flight. Had they not warned us, we might not have contacted the airline and fixed the issue. FlySmarter saved our trip and also spared us a lot of stress, and I'm thankful to them!

This is my complain mail I sent it to Flysmarter,They denied my ticket including 23kg bag,This case still continues my flight date not yet arrived.
Dear Travel Agent,
I booked my flight on date 00000 with a departure time of 20:15 from Oslo to Stockholm on Norwegian Airlines, including one 23 kg bag. However, without my consent, the travel agent changed my booking to Ethiopian Airlines, departing at 19:45, without any baggage allowance.
I strongly request that you reset my booking to the original flight I intended to take: Norwegian Airlines, departing at 20:15, including one 23 kg bag.

My order number is 00000.

Please confirm this change as soon as possible.

Great assistance from Flysmarter. The airline changed my flight time with +1 day than originally scheduled and Flysmarter gave me an another option with short total flight travel time with response in very quick time. Appreciate your great assistance and customer service :)

Flysmarter has both good prices on flights, plus good customer service.
Their website helped me find the fastest and cheapest ticket from Oslo to Detroit.
What made it greater is that they had the option of buying a relatively cheap add-on for changing the flight's dates or times with no reason, only needing to pay the difference between the old and new tickets. This made buying through them a lot "safer" in case of needing to fly at a different time.
Also, when I asked about changing the ticket's dates, I received a speedy reply and info about a similar flight for my destination and new date, along with the difference in price. This saved me a lot of time and effort. Very satisfied!

I'm traveling with a group of 30 people- where as 24 are youth under the age of 16, and had to make 4 different bookings. I was able to book two on my own, but needed help to make the two last once so that we all were able to travel on the same flight round trip. Customer service was able to assist me to make this happen - made the booking for me and sent me the payment link- all within 1 hour. Very happy customer!
