Switched from AWS to these guys after I got messaged by their sales guy Rich. Wasn't sure at first, but it's certainly a lot cheaper. We've moved a lot of our AI work on to them - the server quality is good, and the tech team are fast. API integration still needs some work, but I believe they're working on it. Overall I'd recommend for ML leads
FluidStack to the moon
FluidStack to the moon!
I have been a provider for over a year now (cool times. Was back when I sold bandwidth on some old ProLiants in my basement!). Been through the ups and the downs, but overall, it's been amazing.
For a guaranteed monthly rate, whether FluidStack rents it out or not, I can sit back, relax, and make money. I only have three machines, so it's not like I have my own sales team or anything, so my servers wouldn't be running without FluidStack. When I rent my machine out, I get peace-of-mind knowing customers will go through a KYC process, my network remains safe with the isolated VMs, and that I will get paid. In return, I run battery-backed servers out of a 24x7 security monitored office with business internet, and they have never had an issue with me on uptime.
Name one other company that does this and has been around for three years.
Btw - also rented as a customer to test software on a variety of GPUs, and I can't say enough about how good it is. Saved literally 85% by testing on FluidStack rather than Oracle. Not really relevant because I only did that for a few weeks, but just wanted to mention anyways.
FluidStack is the only one, and they rock! FluidStack to the moon!
Cheapest GPUs I found...and they work!
Cheapest GPUs I found after days of roaming internet. Seemed dodgy but ended having a perfectly fine RTX 2080Ti and all minor connections issues were resolved in a matter of minutes by the customer support. Would really recommend them! Even if the order page makes it look dodgy at first...
Great customer service and cheap prices
Not sure why a few people complained about FluidStack's customer service. They've been extremely helpful in picking the right servers for my ML workloads. Ended up renting an 8x2080Ti at a fraction of the cost of what I was paying at AWS. Haven't found a cheaper alternative either.
Would definitely recommend!
Sub par service, quite unreliable for consumers (not hosts)
My experience has been sub par service, quite unreliable, as a consumer of Windows GPU's
I got a machine, ran well for ALMOST a week. Before the week is up the machine goes offline. I have sensitive stuff on the machine so I don't want to give up on the machine so quickly, support doesn't check their emails. Only the live chat it seems. The operator was keen for me to get a different one and a new plan and cancel the offline machine. I wanted to stick it out. I am charged for a machine that's offline...
A few days past and they partially refund me after complaining, I ask why only partially refunded. They said they'd forward it to management and update me... Surprise, no update. I ask and get told to email "support"@ FluidStack... I purchase a new machine, more expensive than the last, seems okay. It goes to sleep after inactivity, I can wake on LAN, after 1.5 days it goes offline, seemingly permanently again...
I message support, they swap me over to a pricier machine I believe, fairly quickly. I was like "nice customer service"... I fire up Parsec and the host has their router locked up/blocking peer to peer. I can only use LogMeIn or TeamViewer! It's almost like FluidStack didn't even test if the host network was appropriate! My use case is cloud gaming, can't be not using Parsec. FYI, I tried other software for remote cloud gaming too.
Now I wait for support to yet another issue... I lose confidence... they're very slow to respond to resolve my second issue with the machine that doesn't work with Parsec, blatantly ignoring their customer.
They did in the end fully refund me for the machine that was offline for 1 week.
The third machine has also gone offline, and I've been ignored for about 3 days by customer support regarding my issue. I would possibly avoid their unreliable providers and their customer support.
They get back to me (it was the weekend) on Monday so say the IT team is not available on weekends (which didn't explain why support wasn't replying when they replied on Saturday). In either case they refunded fully.
I now worry about touching another machine and whether or not I'll just get a repeat of the same service.

I give em 2 stars although I don't use this service...The fact they rent VMs and misspell the word "virtualization" (ie...virtualisation) right on the front page in large font, throws the red flag for me... Digital ocean isn't cheap but I will stick with them and use my own hardware!

Contacted support regarding pay rate…
Contacted support regarding pay rate was not as advertised and quoted from the FAQ. Got a reply back basically saying "yeah, the faq is wrong" and they promptly updated it for a much worse pay scale. I then replied back with a screenshot of thier main page stating they garunetee $5-50/month. I'm not even making $2.50 a month, so thats bull****. Even the rates listed on thier main page conflicts with the faq old and update rates. Which also the pay listed on the main page DOES NOT state internet speed is upload. Overall a lot of conflicting, misleading and outdated information. I personally do not recommend. Plently of other apps that pay much better with lower requirements.
No communication
No communication, pays way less than advertised, doesn't fix any problems related payments and daily payouts For months now
