They have tooken all of my money and peoples money and they have also closed down their site. They are closed now. And no one can generate a single video or image. If they are legit and not a Ai video creation scam they should leave their webapp open and let people users use their Ai privately. And not because they want to focus on a enterprise scheme. when I got the popup on their site I was upset they are shutting down and don't want to provide their Ai to us anymore. I was planning on opening up a Ai entertainment platform but now it's crush becuase they are doing a runner and stopping us from creating are work for our videos. Please bring back haiper and let us create again.

I bought a year subscription ..... my bad, qualitu of the videos is unbelieavable worst quality respect to kling and Hailuo. I have now thousand of credits that I won't use because results are so bad and I have a year subscription for nothing professionally usable.

I love the creations, but charging me for credits for images and videos while I'm on a pro monthly plan is not fair. I shouldn't have to pay for diamond credit for images and videos on a pro monthly plan. They are money-hungry, and that is all they care about. I never get a response from them at all. Very bad customer support no responses at all.

Now they are filting the content and now a lot of the AI creations are blocked when there is nothing bad about the creations. The new 2.1 is terrible its nothing what you ask and it takes your diamond
credits when even when your content is filtered out.

They are trying to hold you responsible for any image or video that is filtered when the image or video is not bad, meaning if you post a prompt of something cool and the AI misunderstands your prompt and makes something illegal, you pay for it, so they can get you in trouble trying to remove their self from the responsibility when its there system making it.

THEY ARE SHUTTING DOWN NOW I GUESS THEY REALIZED IT WASN'T WORKING.

Haiper ai the Ideal is great, Customer service not so much. I paid for the yearly plan and I'm still getting water marks on my videos. And not to mention they are still taking 10 Dollars a month from me wich at this point is stealing I've reach out about this issue before and they showed no care in the world by not reaching to resolve this issue so just beware what your getting into.

Apparently they have made it so bad that it can take half an hour to make a simple video correctly. Plus he no longer follows your orders.

As I say, they have changed to a system that to improve the video you must pay diamonds (even if you are already subscribed to their monthly plan)...

There are some better and cheaper Chinese ones. This has become very expensive and very bad.
