Outstanding! Having been advised poorly by a previous broker Caroline and Shannon took us through the process of securing a remortgage in a careful, positive and enthusiastic manner. We really felt listened to, and the circumstances explained were fully understood. We were not pushed down a single path and all options were explored. After the product was selected Shannon saw through a 'record time' completion - literally days! Both Caroline and Shannon kept each other informed of progress and us.
