What a SCAM! Stay away from this Company!

If there is a negative star to rate this company, I will do it.

Order number FS-1120260211100645

The delivery date is February 13, 2026 and until now no order has arrived. No email and no contact from them.

I ordered from them before and had no issues but this time just like all the recent reviews are completely scam!!!!

I’ve already sent them an email as their chat support is a big joke! I demand full refund on the money I paid for. Otherwise, I will be taking legal action!

UPDATE: I can confirm that the refund is now credited to my account.

I hope this experience serves as an important learning opportunity for your company. Given that Valentine’s Day is a major occasion in the Philippines and typically results in a significant increase in flower orders, it would be advisable to establish clear order thresholds aligned with your logistics capacity to ensure timely and reliable fulfillment.

Disappointed with valentines service

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received for my Valentine’s Day order. The flowers were scheduled for delivery between 8am–2pm, but they never arrived. There was no update, and no one answered when I tried to contact customer service.

To make matters worse, the delivery driver called my girlfriend directly (ruining the surprise) to say the flowers couldn’t be delivered that day because another driver didn’t show up for work. He even suggested she pay out of pocket for delivery through Lalamove if she wanted it that night, which is completely unacceptable.

Valentine’s Day is a peak occasion, and proper planning should be expected. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and very disappointing. I would not recommend based on this experience.

Ordered for feb 14

Ordered for feb 14. No updates, no comms, no idea if it will be delivered or no. It shouldve been a suprise for my wife on our first year of marriage and this is what happened.

No compensation of some sort. Feb 14 charge is higher than other days… then they will deliver it Feb 15

Tried to get in touch with them on all channels but unable to reach them. Poor customer service.

I’m so disappointed.

1st customer here however frustrated experienced. items delayed on the given time frame, 2 items has been made but only 1 delivered.. the other is not deliver. and the worst is, 2 items have same address but i dont know they seperated. my surprise gift to my daughter was ruin because of poor management, executed orders and no time of delivery. frustrated... nkakadala kau.. first impression last...

₱8,000 for an Empty-Handed Delivery and a Pack of Lies

I ordered an PHP 8,000 premium arrangement 10 days in advance to ensure a smooth delivery for my loved ones in the Philippines. I paid a premium price specifically to avoid headaches. Instead, FlowerStore.ph delivered an absolute disaster.

On the day of delivery, their rider arrived at the correct address and contacted the recipient -- only to apologise because they forgot to bring the actual flowers. They showed up empty-handed.

That massive logistics failure was just the beginning. As I am based in the UK, I spent over an hour on international hold trying to reach their phone support. I was completely ignored on their website chat, email, and Instagram.

When a chat agent finally replied, they blatantly lied to me. They claimed the delivery failed because the "recipient was unreachable." I had to upload screenshots of my family member's call logs proving that not only was they were reachable, but that they had a full conversation with their driver who admitted the mistake. Even after providing undeniable proof of their lie, the customer service was useless in providing a same-day resolution.

You pay a premium to companies like this to handle special occasions seamlessly. FlowerStore.ph took my money, ruined the surprise, ignored me across five different channels, and then lied to my face to cover up their own incompetence.

Do not trust this company with your important dates.

Ordered for Valentine’s Day more than a…

Ordered for Valentine’s Day more than a week in advance and it’s already more than 5 hours late and still hasn’t delivered. The tracking feature doesn’t move for extended periods of time so it’s impossible to know if it’s delayed or if the delivery driver decided to just go home. Customer service is completely non-existent. First time using this company and likely will be the last.

I’m honestly disappointed

I’m honestly disappointed with FlowerStore PH. The delivery time was not followed, and there was no proper update provided. The service felt unprofessional, especially the slow and unclear responses through email and messages. I expected better, and my product still not delivery till now.

Valentine's ruined. Flowers were messy and destroyed

I ordered two items (FS-1120260128200015) on Valentine's for my wife and daughter, so it only makes sense for me to expect 2 separate card messages but just to make sure, I specifically requested for it. Their order form in their website does not allow more than 1 message so I added my request/instructions in the message field. On the day of delivery, to my surprise, both items came with only 1 card message, and they literally copy-pasted my message INCLUDING MY INSTRUCTIONS, it ended up looking like an excerpt from ChatGPT. They didn't have common sense enough to at least extract the proper message if they don't allow multiple cards on the same order. As if those weren't enough, the flowers that arrived on the day were so dirty, messy and destroyed as if one of them just got picked out in the rain. It doesn't look or smell fresh in anyway. Giving it as a gift was so embarrassing to say the least. I placed my order in January so they were supposed to have plenty of weeks to review and prepare. After sales? I sent them an email and a message on Messenger but not even a single response throughout the day.

This was a very terrible and ridiculous experience, so they're definitely off my list. I cannot recommend flowerstore.ph, their prices do not justify the quality and customer service you're getting. You're better off trying other providers.

Tried to contact the call center or the contact given, but no one’s picking the call!
Tried to chat, same! no replies!
Tracker on the website not functional!
Delivery scheduled 9am-2pm today Feb.14.. and still not sure if it’s gonna get fulfilled!!!

Please do ur best to deliver it, it's okay if it's not on time but at least deliver it today bcs I recommend this shop to my bf for flowers. And he bought a lot🥹 he was excited for me to get it so please do your best🙏 kindly contact the recepient number which is me if there are ang problem with the deliveries.

Thank you, I understand that tomorrow will be so busy but please try ur bestand if it's really hard to deliver, contact the recipient to make a booking myself.

🚩STAY AWAY – SCAM 🚩

Do NOT order from this company. They lied and claimed they had already called or texted the recipient about the surprise those calls and texts never happened. After that, they suddenly said they couldn’t deliver until the following week.

When I requested a refund due to their failure, I was told I would only receive 50% back, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the delivery person refused to complete the delivery because they did not want to leave the item with the lobby security guard. I even attempted to arrange an alternative delivery through Lalamove, but that was denied.

Complete money grab. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

They are well verse on how to make decision to have plan B just incase plan A didn't work, even if you offered them another way still THEY WON'T ALLOW TO USED THIRD PARTY TO MAKE SURPRISE DELIVERED. AND THEN THEY WILL JUSY GIVE YOU 50% REFUND, BULLSHIT. THEY ARE SCAMMIING PPL!
