Ordered flowers for next day delivery. The order was cancelled on the day of delivery, as it could not be fulfilled by the company. Six weeks on and i still do not have the refund.

Ordered flowers on 10th March for delivery 3rd April, received a message on 2ed April to say my order would not be delivered. This is very poor ordered via interflora on 2ed April and received on 3rd. There Email was addressed to another person. My Email to them was not replied to, and no refund has been issued so far, I live in hope, but if not received I will report it to my credit card company.

Ordered for a 60th wedding anniversary, no flowers arrived, no contact at all - when contacted they said they were sorry but there was no florist available in the area ...!!! Said we would get out £57 back...12 days later we are still waiting!

I know that the person that I was send to received the flowers, only because I could see them in the background of a photo on exactly the day that they where meant to be delivered. It is very difficult to judge a bunch of flowers, ordered from New Zealand to the UK.
Took My Money, Then Cancelled on the Day
I ordered roses for my wife for our anniversary with four days’ notice. On the day of the delivery — while I was at work — the company emailed to say they were “unable to process your order today.”
This is simply not good enough. If you’re charging £60 for roses, you should be absolutely certain you can fulfil the order before taking payment.
Had I been notified earlier, I could have made alternative arrangements. Being told on the day of delivery left me with no options and resulted in a very disappointing experience, ruining the surprise I planned for my wife.
While a refund has been offered, it does not make up for the inconvenience or the disappointment caused.
You’ve lost a customer — I would advise others to avoid.

Very poor service , ordered Monday morning for same day delivery and didn't come , was told via email they were delivered Tuesday but they weren't and now been told they have since been left at front door but weren't there , have asked for refund for both bouquets but no response ,£113.96 , these were bereavement flowers and this service is appalling!

They offer what they cant achieve. Obviously very few florists signed up to their network. Ruined my wife's birthday and couldn't deliver the next day. Don't use.

I placed an order on Thursday with same-day delivery. However, the flowers arrived on Sunday.
On top of that, I sent more than 7 emails and did not receive a single response. I also tried calling multiple times. Each time, I was placed in a queue (position 5 or 6) and waited for over 40 minutes, but never managed to speak to a representative — the call always ended up going to voicemail. I called again the next day and experienced the same issue, waiting 33 minutes before being sent to voicemail once more.
Honestly, if I were in your position, I would never use this company again. This level of service is extremely disappointing.

Having placed an order, i was emailed a short time later saying my order could not be fulfilled, which i thought was fair enough at the time and understood that same day deliveries were not always easy. I was then offered a full re-fund which i agreed to and was told 3-5 business days. This time frame has elapsed now quite considerably and after receiving several emails saying the finance team are looking into it and phone calls that go unanswered, still nothing back into my account. I would not recommend anyone using this company and there seems to be many other people who have written very similar reviews that mirror my experience.

Placing the order was straightforward with an easy to navigate website. Flowers were delivered on time and as specified. Have used Flowers shop network before and will definitely be using them again.

I ordered flowers for SAME day delivery early in the morning and immediately realised I had made a typo with the name of the receipient. I spent all morning in their virtual telephone queue lasting 30 minutes each time and I called 5 times. After waiting in what transpired to be a non-existant queue I was put through to voicemail. Messages were left but not responded to. I sent numerous emails at the same time as the calls but these went unresponded to as well. I needn't have worried about my typo as no floweres were ever delivered anyway. No way of contacting them and no response to my further emails sent the following day. I have started a chargeback with my bank.

This is a scam website do not order from them. They charge ridiculous amounts to send flowers from all over the world to the UK taking advantage of people wanting to do nice things for loved ones. They do not deliver any flowers and they steal your money. Avoid!!!

If I could give no stars I would! Ordered and paid for flowers to be delivered the next day only to recieve an email a few hours later to say it couldnt be done. Asked for a refund and have waited over 5 working days and have not recieved am now having to contact me credit card company to try and get refund. Also had to change card as since then fradulent activity on card. DO NOT USE!

I live in Australia and bought flowers and chocolates from my mum who lives in the UK. They were unable to fulfil my order, and I had to order what I wanted from somewhere else, so they arrived late. I have never received the promised refund. The communication has been misleading and repeatedly saying: Please give me time to look into your case. I have now had to get my bank involved in order to try to get my money back.
Be warned. Do NOT order from these scammers. I wish I'd read the other reviews first.

Ordered the wife some flowers while I was away working after a recent bereavement thought id chear her up.
Got a message saying they are unable to deliver expect a refund in 3 to 5 working days waited for 10 contact was made to customer service and apparently the Financial team was dealing with it.
Had to contact bank to get them to refund me my money.
DONOT BUY FROM THEM.

The order had been cancelled without my knowledge of it. When I wrote to them to ask why the flowers hadn't been delivered they replied to my email saying they had contacted me to say that the order was unable to be fulfilled. No email was received. Very disappointed.
