My Flowers did not arrive for next day delivery…or ever!

Ordered flowers for next day delivery and they did not arrive. I had to email Flower Shops Network to be told that no florist can deliver to the address, which is in a small village outside Finchingfield, Essex. Hardly the middle of nowhere. Then I was told a refund would take up to 7 working days. Very dissappointing and unacceptable service for a Network whose only job is to deliver flowers!

Order not delivered, tried to email but address was not recognised, £75 down the drain, I believe this is a scam .

Appalling service

What a terrible service. I placed an order yesterday morning for a large bouquet of flowers to be delivered today for a very loyal employee for her birthday. I received an email today at 11.40am saying that they were unable to find a florist to handle the order leaving me no time at all to find an alternative supplier. Moreover the have advised that the repayment will not be received for 5 days. An absolute disgrace. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Order was cancelled by the company and struggling to get refunded

Order was cancelled by the company and I was told a refund would be processed, but I never received confirmation it was actually issued. Communication was vague and I couldn’t reach them by phone. I had to raise a chargeback through my bank to recover my money. Very poor handling.

Avoid this company at all costs!

Absolutely appalling experience. I placed an order, had my payment taken instantly, and then—almost immediately—the order was cancelled.

Nearly two weeks later, I’m still waiting for my refund. No urgency, no accountability.

This isn’t just poor service—it’s unacceptable. Taking payment and then failing to deliver either the product or a timely refund shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers.

Avoid this company at all costs!

Despite taken my order then to be told…

Despite taken my order then to be told they could not get a florist to fulfill the order and that they would refund me …still no refund has been given despite me giving them reminder emails to refund me ….AWFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY !!!

I ordered a bouquet for my wife for our 30th anniversary which never showed up it wasn’t till the next day after our anniversary the flower shop then decided to inform me after I contacted them to say the bouquet was a now show.They informed me they had no florists available I asked for a full refund I’m still waiting.The customers service is atrocious I would advise no one to use this company vey very unprofessional!!!!!

But on that day we got a phone message saying that they could not find a flowerist . We asked for a refund and they said 2 to 3 days , well its been over 3 weeks and we still don't have our refund

Scam - owe me a refund of £57 still not received

Having placed an order for £57, on the day the delivery was meant to take place at 1pm advise they could not fulfil order, now been waiting 3 weeks for a refund and still do not have. Called customer services 30 mins on the wait line then asked to leave message no agent available number supplied in social media channel does not exist - Terrible experience

Ordered flowers for my wife’s Birthday

Ordered flowers for my wife’s Birthday, did not receive any order confirmation or order number -
sent emails no response.
On the day flowers did not turn up and it took days to get any communication and had to go through credit card company to get money back. If I could give zero I would but if you want flowers go else where to avoid disappointment.

Iordered flowers on Wednesday 22nd for…

I ordered flowers on Wednesday 22nd for a lady who was leaving work on Friday 24th.
The order and payment were accepted immediately.
On Friday 24th I recieved an email at 12.51pm saying the order couldn't be fulfilled as no florists were available and offering a full refund within 5 working days.
This left me no time to organise anything else for the lady's leaving present.
How can you as a flowershop/ delivery service think this is acceptable business practise?
The email also said you hoped you can help with any future orders.
I can assure you that there won't be any. Pathetic!!!

AVOID Would give zero stars if could!!

Would give zero stars if could.
Do not use this company.
Order placed for mothers day on 8th March. Received email from them the day before mothers day saying order cannot be fulfilled. Still awaiting a refund 6 weeks later. Now instructed by credit card company to take action.
Company is appalling. AVOID

Like many here, the company took my money, then told me at the end of the day that they could not find anyone to deliver until the following day. It's a con, scam, dishonest business; they have no intention of delivering the same day. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Absolutely appalling

Absolutely appalling. Order not fulfilled and spent 3 hours on their customer care line as “caller number one” - which was never answered. My mother is terminally ill and this was one of the worst experiences I have had. Terrible - avoid at all costs!
