Ordered flowers for my wife for her…

Ordered flowers for my wife for her birthday. The day came and went with no flowers being delivered, I contacted them to be told they sent me an email telling me the order had been cancelled because they couldn't find a florist to do it but I recieved no email.
I then contacted several times to get a refund and each time was told to give them time to look into it!
13 days have passed and no refund!

Avoid these scammers at all costs!!

Still waiting for next day delivery after 7 days

Ordered flowers for next day delivery on April 28. Got an email the following day to say they couldn't fulfill order and I could choose a refund or delivery the following day. Chose the following day delivery - here we are on 05 May - still no delivery. No response to email queries or refund requests. Do NOT use this company

Ordered flowers and delivery from this…

Ordered flowers and delivery from this group of thieves, needless to say within hours said they could not deliver and would refund monies within 3-5 business days. Now waiting 18 days and no return of funds. Tried customer service and no reply. Please save your money as I wish I had.

I ordereda flower basket for my friend…

I ordereda flower basket for my friend who was ill for same day delivery and they arrived as promised. She messaged to say they were lovely and again 5 days later to say they were still going strong.
I am very pleased with the service and would recommend. Thanks guys

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! I had given the wrong address, but the details were changed efficiently and with no problem. When the flowers arrived, they were absolutely beautiful and the recipient was over the moon!

Absolutely disgrace as my order was…

Absolutely disgrace as my order was placed in good time for delivery on 2nd May. Received an email the day before to say the order was cancelled as no available florist, which is totally untrue as there are several florists in the vicinity of the postcode. As I was travelling home from holiday the email was not picked up by me until the early hours of the day of delivery. Do not use this Company, you will be disappointed!

Thieves

this company is crooked, I ordered for same day delivery, at 11.00 am, despite charging premium delivery rates with goods, total nearly £80.00 3 days later still no flowers and chocolates despite two emails on the 30th asking where's my order no reply - thieves end of

Avoid this site

Avoid this site. Pretty sure this site is a scam. Paid for same day delivery of flowers 4 days ago which have yet to arrive. When you call the customer number provided you are put on hold for over 3O mins only to find no operator available. I tried this twice. Also emailed: no reply. The three 5 star reviews on the site are obviously bogus. Shameful

Have been waiting 10 day's for a refund…

Have been waiting 10 day's for a refund and sat on the phone for 40mins to end up on a voicemail and a generic email stating they were looking into the refund and they would get back to me. It's definitely a scam. Now in the hands of my credit card company.

Very disappointing.

Ordered a large bouquet with lilies for £58 what was delivered was barely the size of the regular bouquet on the website and there wasn't a lily in sight, my wife was happy because they were surprise flowers, but I couldn't have been more disappointed.

The company didn't even respond to my complaint email, just asked me to do a Trustpilot review, well here it is.

Over sold and under delivered

Over sold and under delivered.
With a gift like this it is essential that it is delivered on the day requested. It loses meaning when it’s late and suspicion could be that it was an after thought. Simply not good enough. There are more reliable providers and I will not be using them again.

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service. Paid for same day delivery - failed to fulfil order.

Registered a complaint and they proclaimed to have sent a message - unable to locate said message.

Screenshot of the message they sent was late into the evening.

Call the customer number - on hold for 30mins to then reach a voice mail.

I despise this company - I'd like to meet the founder.

Awful service

Awful service! I paid for a deluxe bouquet that actually was more like a normal one! I have photographs! I emailed them 6 times and I have had no reply from them! Absolutely awful! I paid £75 for something that arrived two hours later to stated time and you could have bought for £15 from a supermarket!

My Flowers did not arrive for next day delivery…or ever!

Ordered flowers for next day delivery and they did not arrive. I had to email Flower Shops Network to be told that no florist can deliver to the address, which is in a small village outside Finchingfield, Essex. Hardly the middle of nowhere. Then I was told a refund would take up to 7 working days. Very dissappointing and unacceptable service for a Network whose only job is to deliver flowers!
