After many e mails finally got a refund. Goods were not at all like the picture. Credit where it is due, but it has been a fight to get a refund. Just do not give up. Put a review on and keep going.

Nice try...
Showed up on a sponsored advertisement post on Instagram. I already reported it.
Any websites that showcase outfits from various runways at steep prices are not to trusted.
Also, the wide range of different backgrounds on the images that are “showcasing the product” is unrealistic.

Beware!!! Been trying to contact them for nearly a week, following the instructions on their site but absolutely no response. I bought from Floryday two dresses for my daughters birthday, a surprise that never came to her destination..... I ordered 9th of april, after TWO WEEKS the items left the company. I wrote three times, they answered me twice, that for sure the items will come in five to ten days,...they would give me 5% for my NEXT order (is that possible?) and I wrote, that I want my money back, not 5% for a future oder! The dresses never came to there destination and my money either! Never ever I would buy something from Floryday again !!!
