I ordered 2 tops. In the pictures, they draped wonderfully and looked gorgeous. What arrived were very cheap garments in a nasty shiny synthetic fabric. If you are tempted to order, check the small print, which should state what sort of material has been used. When I complained, I was offered a partial refund to keep the clothes. No point in accepting that, however, as they were unwearable. After a great deal of hassle, I eventually got a return address and sent the items back at my own expense. There followed requests from FloryDay for tracking information. When I provided this, it apparently didn't fulfil their requirements. Eventually did get a refund, but was obviously out of pocket. I will never deal with this company again.

Wish I had read the reviews before I placed an order with Eucilia/Floryday - terrible fabric, terrible style & still owe me refund money - a very expensive lesson to learn. First time purchaser & definitely NEVER AGAIN

I ordered 2 shirts and had to pay import duty on them before it was delivered. This made the 2 shirts extra expensive! So more orders from me. Is this normal to pay import duty? Should it not be mentioned on your website as an extra cost?
In trying to contact you via the app,is impossible. I received the wrong shipping information saying that my order was shipped the 5th of September, when I only ordered it in the beginning of Oct.
There is no proper communication available on this app!

i ordered a dress on 08/06/21 and am still waiting for it to be shipped out to my address. is there anyway i can get a refund as they do not reply to messages

Has taken 15 days after ordering to receive my items and when i eventually got my parcel the goods were poor quality. I will never buy anything from them again I felt conned.

Do not deal with this company. The return label would not print. They would not help. Sent many emails. Eventually I returned item at my expense and still no refund 8 weeks on.
They are completely unscrupulous.

My trust level is very low. I need to return several items; can anyone tell me how to do so?

Horrid clothes, cheap and nothing like the clever photos.
Returns process designed to fox customer by being difficult. Finally navigating to a returns request you are then offered deals to keep products.
You also have to pay for returns label.
Having finally got through the procedures to return their system is now sending me multiple email receipts (50 in last 12 hours)
Nightmare

I ordered a dress in mid-December. It was delivered a month later. It is sewn like a sack, nylon quality, does not look anything like the photo in the shop. There is no return slip and there is no response to the email that I want to return the goods and to the request to receive a return address and a return label so that I can send it back free of charge. I just want to return and cancel the order. It was agreed that I would pay at the end of January, but that is exactly what I want to cancel. Under no circumstances do I want to pay this excessive price for this inferior quality, and certainly not pay postage for sending it back. Will definitely never order there again. :(

I love Floryday this is the first app that ive found that has the style shirts that i love plus they actually fit Floryday will always be my asolute go to store for all my clothing not to mention the prices r amazing easiest shopping app an customer support was right on spot will absolutely reccommend Floryday. u will not be disappointed im sry but i do have something else to say i have read a few of the reviews from disappointed customers an im like in shock i did not experience in no way shape or form have a bad experience with Floryday i recieved all my purchaces very quickly an i have to argue the fact of the quality of their merchandise i dont understand how anyone could say it is poor quality the quality of there merchandise is of high quality i was very pleased with my purchases an of the quality of the merchandise especially for the awesome prices like i said i highly recommend Floryday. an have done nothijg but brag an show off my new wardrobe🤗☺🤗☺

Floryday - complete and utter scam artists. I ordered a couple of things from this website - one came - about 6 weeks after the order - it was nothing like the picture - the quality was abysmal - it wasn't worth 50p let along the £18.00 I had paid for it. - the other item did not come at all - so I asked them to cancel it and send me a refund instead - it never arrived and neither did the refund. All communication then ceased. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE - the clothes are rubbish and you will struggle to get your money back.

I ordered 5 tops, that was the only easy thing when it comes to this company. The goods arrived eventually, but every single top was either ill fitting or of poor quality. It took four or five emails before I was able to return them. I have heard nothing about my refund, and have been unable to contact them as when I tried to log on it didn’t recognise my email or password, I opened another account and now they don’t recognise the order number, I am going to keep on trying, but I suggest, that anyone who considers buying from them thinks very long and hard about it.

I wrote a negative review of Floryday two weeks ago. They promised to repay some money they charged for postage. They haven’t refunded the postage. I returned a blouse that did not match the description. It wasn’t tailored. It hung like a sack except a sack would have looked better and been far cheaper. So far I am almost £10 or $12 out of pocket after returning this awful garment. You have been warned. Let me add that Floryday got my previous review taken down.

I bought 3 items because, having seen the Floryday website, I liked the colours and patterns so much. I'd read many reviews first and knew I was taking a chance, especially as it's only the second time I've ever bought clothes online. Well, I am really very pleased indeed. Washing instructions are on the card labels but would be much more useful stitched into the garments. The material of the two blouses (although synthetic) is really pleasant - comfortable and silky. I've washed one (on 30 degrees) and it's fine. Best of all, the sizing of all 3 items was perfect for me - I bought the sizes I normally buy. The third item is a buttonless striped long cardigan and although it's really pretty, the material does feel cheap. But it's only for casual wear and is attractive - I'll enjoy wearing it. Everything arrived fast and in perfect condition. One thing is important to me: I would like to know from Floryday - especially because of the low prices - something about the ethics applied in the factories that produce these attractive clothes (and how Floryday keeps on eye on this). I would also like to see a label showing country of manufacture.

Having written a bad review on Trust Pilot about Floryday and do not touch them with a barge pole - it has taken 10 weeks to get my refund. It seems a shame that to get a refund out of this company one has to go into Trust Pilot to get them to return my money. I see my review has been removed which I did not give permission to be done. Just DON'T buy anything from Floryday.com

Ordered trousers were fine but material of tops was completely different to that pictured. Picture showed linen/cotton mix but tops were nylon. Awaiting second order (ordered before first set arrived) and expecting disappointment. Won’t feel confident to buy from this company again - facility to comment/ leave Reviews on FloryDay site seems to have been disabled.
