DO NOT ORDER FROM FLORISTS.COM! SCAM! I have many friends with birthdays in January. I usually only send them flowers or plants via Bouqs.com and have exclusively for years as they have almost always been on point with delivery on time & quality. I only gave Florists.com a try as they had a deal with Rakuten who I have been using to try to save money. The prices seemed great so I placed 2 orders for friends upcoming birthdays. What a scam of a company. Received order confirmation email & then nothing. Was to receive emails when orders were delivered but both of my friends birthdays passed & they received nothing from me. So embarrassing! The chat feature on their website does not work! They do not provide any phone number or email on their website so you have no way to contact anyone regarding your order! Luckily I paid via PayPal who provided me a 1-800 number and email but my attempt to call was never answered and I still have no reply to my email. What a headache this would have been to try to get my money back from a credit card company. Save yourself the headache & order only from local florists direct or Bouqs.com has always been great.
Flowers not delivered-no communication
I went with this company for a unique arrangement but wish I read the reviews first. Flowers I ordered were not delivered and chat feature did not work. I was able to find a number in their terms page (it's 1-800-flowers and they redirect you). their notes indicated local florist couldn't fill the order but that was not communicated to me. Who knows when I would know if I didn't call. The agent offered a second delivery attempt but had to rescind that because there was not another option in zip code range. I canceled the order and got a refund. I won't use them again.

Flowers never arrived, tried contacting, chat button did not work. Finally chatted with someone, gave some excuse that the florist didn't have the flowers but that was never communicated to me. I asked for a full refund. She said that I would get a refund in 30-45 business days. WHAT?! Do not use this business!

Flowers never received
Ordered flowers for delivery on December 24th to my son and daughter in law as they were not able to attend our family christmas due to having a miscarriage. Paid extra for delivery on the holiday. Flowers were not delivered and they will not respond to me. Very disappointing. I typically read reviews before using a business, but failed to do so in this case. Wish I would have as it appears this is typical of this "business."
Failed to deliver flowers to a dying…
Failed to deliver flowers to a dying recipient on 12/18/24. Rescheduled a delivery for the following day so the flowers could make it to the family after the recipient passed away and they failed at that as well. Furthermore, they never informed me of the 2nd failed delivery that was never attempted and required me to follow up multiple times through multiple means (phone, chat, getting redirected multiple times). They provided a refund pretty quick and finally spoke to a manager Khadeem on 12/27/24 who took ownership and apologized, but it does little to rectify this utter failure for which there are no redoes as the intended recipient has passed.
BIG FAIL.
I would not recommend Florists.com. I went to their site as it was on Rakuten. I ordered a particular design for Christmas and asked that it be delivered on Dec. 19. Early on Dec. 19 I got an email confirming it was delivered dated DECEMBER 24th. It was 5 days prior to the 24th. Later on Dec. 19, I got a call saying that the design I had chosen wasn't available in the area would I accept an alternet. I said yes but that it had to be delivered no later than the 20th. Never heard anything from them. On the 23rd. I called my friend to see if she had received anything. She had not. So I did an online chat with Florists.com and they said it had been delivered on the 24th. I said, how interesting the 24th is tomorrow. They asked if I wanted to "re-deliver it". I said actually I'd like it DELIVERED today. The customer service rep. called and said no florists in the area had capacity. I demanded a refund. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. BIG FAIL.

Total scam. They will say they couldn’t deliver but reattempt delivery. The next day they will say it’s been delivered, but it was not. If you call they claim they will send out a replacement. Repeat the first 2 excuses. Out that money and no Christmas gift.

Ordered a double bouquet for my mom for Christmas. Ordered on 12/18 and received a bizarre call the next day saying that they “wouldn’t have the flowers for the order”. The email said the delivery date would be any time between the 19th and the 24th, so six full days to deliver them. They wouldn’t have any flowers for six days??? How are they even in business? They said they’d issue a full refund. When I checked PayPal, the initial charge is still pending but no refund. Guess we will see if the charge drops off or not. From these reviews, it looks like I might have to file a dispute with PP. I tried calling the number that they called me from and it rings and then hangs up lol

Placed an order on 11/29 paid in full. Notified 12/18 by email and voicemail that my order was cancelled. Called customer service and agent said to call another toll free number (1.800.348.3222) waited in queue for 30 minutes then opted for a call back. They called me at 9:50pm ET. Agent was impatient with me because I did not have my order number handy and needed time to unlock my computer. The agent then told me I needed to call Florist.com at another number because they weren't Florist.com. Wait? What?! Then why did you call me??? The number this agent gave me (1.877.475.0687) is not a working number. So dead end and no flowers for Christmas because it's too late now and I still haven't seen my refund.

I ordered a beautiful bouquet of roses for my sister-in-law's birthday because my brother (her husband) who passed away 2 years ago would always buy her flowers on her birthday, and I knew it would make her so HAPPY! Well, guess what? The flowers were never delivered on the day they were supposed to! The next day I called their customer service line to find out what happened and they said sorry, let me contact the florist to find out. When she came back on the line she said she couldn't say why they weren't delivered, but they could deliver them today. So I told her "No, forget it! You ruined her special day. I just want my money back now." They didn't even try to offer me a discount on any future purchases, just a "sorry we messed up". I will never use this company again and will make sure everyone knows how incompetent they are.

This company is a scam. I ordered flowers for a funeral and they weren't delivered. I received a message after business hours and they claimed the delivery truck broke down and they would deliver them the next day. We'll see if that happens but does it really matter - how humiliating to have flowers for a funeral show up a day late! Avoid these scammers at all cost!

Worst experience ever!
Worst experience ever with Florists.com. They processed the fee but never delivered the flowers. When I called they couldn’t find the order but after 30 minutes on the phone they did find the order and I was told “it wasn’t delivered and we don’t know why.” DO NOT EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday (in early October) for her November 18th birthday. The day came, no flowers. I called the next day, & they said the flowers would be re-sent & assured me they would arrive on Wednesday. Again - no flowers ! I called again on Thursday & told them to cancel the order & refund my money . That was 2 days ago - we'll see how long that takes. To say I was upset is putting it mildly! (I then ordered from another company, & she received them in 4 hours !!)
