Can’t get ahold of anyone using website, chat option and no phone number. I called a number listed that I found at another site and said I had less than 1 min wait, 7 minutes later I hung up. I ordere... See more

This Florist company is horrible
This company is horrible. Please don't ever order from them again. To start, the order was received at the end of the day. I tried to reach someone to follow up on the order but instead of talking to customer service, I was on the phone with the ordering dept, they told me to provide my order info and that someone from customer service was going to follow up me within an hour, of course that did not happen. Finally my mom received the flowers but there were nothing like what I have ordered. The flowers were already dying and petals falling off. I spent $70, clearly not worth any penny. Please dont order from this so call florist.

Ordered 2 weeks ahead of Valentines day…
Ordered 2 weeks ahead of Valentines day and flowers never delivered...no communication, no flowers, no nothing....stay away...thank goodness wife is understanding...used our refund and went out to dinner...never ever ever again will I use this company...buyer beware
save your $$
I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine's day. When the flowers never showed up, I contacted florist.com to see what was going on. Turns out they were not contracted with a florist in the zip code I ordered the flowers for. They let me order and pay for flowers they had no intention or way of delivering. They never contacted me to made any effort to let me know they were not going to be able to fill the order.
I would give zero stars if possible
I would give zero stars if possible, but you have to at least leave one star or you can't proceed. I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentines Day two weeks ago. I was told because of how busy they would be they would be delivered between 2/111-2/14. On 2/14 I chatted with someone at the company to find out if they were coming. It did say "Confirmed Delivered By Local Shop". Unfortunately that person never came back to the chat after saying they would check. I had to start a new chat and explain the story to another customer service rep. They said it would still be coming by 8pm and I should wait. When I tried to chat after 8pm it would not connect because they were closed.
This morning (Saturday) I did a 3rd chat. After telling the story again and after much time on hold the agent said I had placed my order with a "sister" company and there was nothing he could do but give me an 800 # to call. After telling the story a 4th time and again being put on hold I was then told she had contacted the florist and apparently our house was "just outside their delivery zone" and was NEVER GOING TO BE DELIVERED. The agent went back to tell the florist that it was ok for them to send to another florist in the area but the florist had hung up. Mind you this is in Los Angeles not some rural area. So now I've asked for a refund. What is particularly galling is that the florist got the order 2 weeks ago but was so thoughtless that they did not tell florists.com or me so other arrangements could be made.
Of course company policy is to not give out the name of the florist.
Stay away from them
Bought a 18 roses bouquet. Only 12 were delivered. Impossible to get through their customer service. They are not worth a penny. Stay away
Use edible arrangements
My daughter placed an order to be delivered on valentines day 2 weeks prior! Flowers were never delivered saying that there wasn't any florist in the area even though u asked for my address before taking the order. The email stating this didn't come thru until 7 this evening. They also said that they was sorry for any inconvenience and was issuing a full refund.
If you can’t fulfill my order, don’t let me place it.
I placed an order mid January (the 17th) for it to be delivered February 1st they called me on the day it was to be delivered and told me they couldn’t deliver it but they would the next day so okay no worries. The next day I missed their call where they said again they couldn’t deliver again so I call back and it sounds like I woke up the customer service rep from a nap but it turns out there was no florists in my zip code. The reason for my review and my frustration is from the fact they let me place the order and with how much time I gave them and they still couldn’t fulfill it but if they really didn’t have a florist anywhere near me they shouldn’t have accepted my order because of the simple fact it’s a delivery service and they ask for the address in advance. It just doesn’t make sense and that’s bad business.
This is not a legitimate business
This is not a legitimate business. Flowers never delivered. Texted them , before I read the reviews, they send they would deliver another arrangement for free. No second delivery made but they charged me twice. Wouldn’t give out name of the florist they supposedly used. Stay away, just call an actual local florist directly!!
STAY AWAY
STAY AWAY! this company is a scam. I chose them because they were on Rakuten so I assumed they were reputable. After my friend did not receive her bday flowers and they were marked as refused, I called customer service (had to find their number on a different site, not listed on theirs). They said the local florist was just having a “rough” day and reimbursed me shipping charges only and said the flowers would be delivered that day, again-nothing. I then remembered that in 3 other occasions that I had used them, nobody said thank you. I now realize NOBODY received them. I spent over $500 worth of flowers that never got to the person intended to. Don’t ever use this company unless you want to hide under a rock for life.
Well clearly I did not read the…
Well clearly I did not read the reviews. I placed an order for a funeral arrangement a week in advance. The day before the funeral, I spoke with a representative from florists.com to ensure that it would be delivered timely, as the funeral was taking place early in the morning. They assured me that it would be delivered on time. Not only was it not delivered on time, but it was NEVER delivered, although it was indicated as "delivered" on the florists.com website. I am currently waiting on my refund. What a waste of time and energy.

Florist.com: don’t use
I ordered a plant through florist.com for a funeral. On the day to be delivered I got an email at 3pm saying order could not be delivered. Extremely disappointed in this company. Never had a problem with 1800flowers. So do not use florist.com!!!
Worst Company Ever
USE ANY OTHER COMPANY BUT florists.com. Placed an order for same day delivery, and woke up next day saying it was cancelled and refunded. I placed another order for same day delivery and they called me the next day saying they couldn’t complete the order and would deliver that day. They never did. Shame on me for trying that many times. Worst company ever.
Horrible don’t bother!
Horrible! Tried to send flowers to my mom in the hospital from my brother and I and the company let me fill out all the information and pay, of course… But then they called and left a message that they couldn’t even find a florist for delivery so they canceled and refunded my money. Suck it Florists.com.
Delivered flowers 5DAYS late
Delivered flowers 5DAYS late, they don’t care, won’t respond
Bad Experience with Florists.com
I chose florists.com because it was offering a huge 20-mile per dollar spent bonus with MileagePlusShopping. What a mistake! Flowers were not delivered and no email confirmation of delivery, yet website said they were delivered. Customer service is only through chat function. Hard to get through, with no indication of when you will be picked up, if ever. After 10 minutes, I gave up and started over. When I did finally get an agent, I got an apology--no, there was no flower delivery. She offered a re-order, and I did. I asked for the local florist to call me to confirm delivery, which she said they would do. The next day? NO FLOWER delivery, no phone call, and again website said it was delivered. Another huge hassle getting through to them on chat function. As I was about to give up on the chat function and use credit card company to cancel, I got a phone call from them. Oh, so sorry. We can cancel for you. OK, I did. Minutes later, there was an email offering to send an apology to the recipient with another attempt at re-delivery! No dice to that! Refund notice came through promptly, but it says that it may take "one or two" billing periods to receive the refund. Looks like ANOTHER slow roll. I will give them 4 days and then will contact the credit card company to end this saga. What a scam! Beware!
I WISH I'd seen this site BEFORE I…
I WISH I'd seen this site BEFORE I ordered flowers for a friend. I ordered a beautiful arrangement of lavender and pink flowers. What she GOT was some crappy yellow and red flowers that look like they stole them off a gravesite. NONE of those flowers looked like the photo. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE TO ORDER FLOWERS.
