I purchased my chair from another company. It was out of warranty and the company was not able to service it right away. My body was in pain. I was put into contact with Robert by a former employee. He responded patiently to all of my tex, pictures, and videos. Trying to figure out what was wrong. This was not even his chair. He only wanted to help me, because I was in pain. To resolve a problem that wasn’t even his. What a blessing he has been. My chair is fixed now and I’m out of pain. I can assure you if you purchase a chair from Robert he will be there for any service you may need. What an upstanding man of God.

This 4D massage is amazing. I am a very short person, most of massage chairs I tried, they always massage on top of my head, lol. This is the only one, so far that can find my neck and pressure point. I have been using it everyday since. I have to mention their customer service as well, Robert is so nice and kind!!!! They also deliver the chair and assemble it! The best and easiest purchase I have made so far. Thank you Robert and your team!

Wasn't sure that I wanted to spend that kind of money on a massage chair, but Robert from Floridian brand was the only company to bring three chairs to my home in a truck for me to try out. Robert had patience and knowledge and was very professional when he came to my home. After trying all three chairs, I decided to buy the 4D because I play a lot of sports and I'm very active. I work out everyday. I'm 66 years old and though I've only had the chair 3 weeks my body recovers much quicker after doing two sessions a night in my chair. It was well worth the extra money for me. The other companies I spoke with told me I have to come to their showroom if I wanted to try their chair. Again, Robert was very professional and part of the reason I purchased this chair.
