Didn't get the item or the refund

Frankly the worse customer experience I have ever had.
I bought a product from Spain 3 months ago, and after a month of waiting it appeared in the tracking that it was delivered in Germany. Customer service insisted that it would be delivered soon.
I obviously asked for a refund, that i'm still waiting for. They say they are waiting to recieve it back to their warehouse.
Complete lack of professionalism from customer support. I would not recommend them to my worse enemy.

My daughter is a big Millie Bobby…

My daughter is a big Millie Bobby Brown..for her 14th birthday I thought I'd make her happy with a mascara from her idol... plus some other stuff from Florrence by mills. the mascara is totally dried out ..i sent an email and they asked me to send pictures...i'm waiting ..but now i read here that it probably won't work out...so sad...BIG NO !!

I wish I would have read the reviews on…

I wish I would have read the reviews on here before placing an order. My daughter is a big Millie Bobby Brown fan and the products get good reviews. We placed an order for many of her items. Shipping was slow and I had to email them after a week. We get the package and one of the main items is missing. There’s no invoice slip in the box and the website says order complete. I email right away with a photo. No response. I reach out to them on Twitter and no response (even though they post every few days). I email again and nothing. Requesting a refund through my credit card. What a huge shame. The products seem good and we would be happy to wait or get a refund if they would just communicate. No response is a major fail and we won’t order again. Millie deserves better than this.

Do not order from here

These people are scammers I got my order and half of it didn’t come and then some of it looked tampered with so DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!

Avoid placing any orders on website, they will be cancelled.

My order was cancelled on two separate occasions. First time i was told that the billing and shipping address of my bank account must match (still waiting for refund on that one). I was pretty understanding and fixed this and placed another order, only to later see that it was cancelled as well. The explanation this time was that I was using a VPN (isn't everyone nowadays?) since when are VPNs not allowed while shopping online. Disappointing experience and company altogether. I would think twice before placing an order on their website.

Did not receive my items

Did not receive my items and will not refund money. Customer Service provided no help. I asked to speak to someone directly on the phone, but the only response was through email and responses were flippant and unprofessional.

Just to be clear, this is not about the products. My daughter, as do I absolutely love Millie Bobby Brown and her products. I have spent a significant amount of money on her products, but given the way this issue was handled, I will never purchase again. I am so disappointed in this company.

Literally didn’t get my items

Literally didn’t even ship my full order to me, from these other reviews i think i’m lucky i got any of my order at all. So disappointed. and yeah, customer service DOES NOT respond at all, & i tried multiple ways of contact.

Built to lash mascara

My friend ordered the built to lash mascara only to find that when she opened it, the brush and completely fallen off the stick and was stuck in the tube. She’d spent money on this mascara and was extremely upset about it.

Happy :)

My excperience with FBM was pretty good, the acne parches really helped me and i really love the facemist because of how refreshing It is but i think that some things were overpriced such as the look Alive eye cream. I got a free sample of dreamy dew moisturizer and the only thing i thought of It was that it smelled really bad.

I can't find the product on the Ulta web site so I came here.
I received a free sample of Florence by Mills to try. I have very oily skin so I don't normally use a moisturizer, but went ahead and tried it. I have two spots on my chin that tend to feel dry. After using the Dreamy Drops Hydrating Serum for two mornings, I no longer fill those spots on my chin. I feel this serum helped balance some of the oily spots too. Would defiantly suggest someone try this product.

Florence is actually amazing!!
The things I’ve ordered here is so good and does not irritate my skin. I really love all of the products! They are really good and gentle on skin. Best skincare ever!! I highly recommend you trying it it makes your skin glowing and soft!!

Florence panel

I was provided with a free sample from Florence by mills to write an honest review, and I think the No drama leave-in detangling spray works really well! My hair was a little tangled but my hair is naturally very thick. It is a very good product that I recommend! #FLORENCEPANEL! thank you Florence, Danielle Cervantes

Absolutely Terrible Customer Service!

First off - this review is not about the actual products as my daughter loves them but the absolute appalling customer service from FBM. I live in the UK and placed an order for $96. Tracking info provided which I kept checking, after 3 weeks I contacted them because the parcel wasn't moving (must be lost) but it was like talking to a brick wall!
If they do bother to answer your emails they don't actually answer anything you're asking and just try to fob you off. To cut a long story short I bombarded them with emails and used the live chat on their website and basically wouldn't leave them alone. Gave me every excuse under the sun but I have eventually had a refund. Also I opened a dispute with PayPal.
I will never order direct from them again. It's not the products, it's their stinking customer service and I'm sure Millie Bobby Brown wouldn't want them treating people the way they do! Anyone in a similar position - just keep forwarding your emails to them over and over and use the live chat on the website. If I wasn't so persistent I would be £70 down.

Scam

I am pretty sure I have a reason to be angry now since I haven't received my package after almost 6 months they have not replied to my emails and my tracking number has disappeared and after ordering my parents have had troubles with their credit cards I am a teenager and I just wanted the products but now I have been asking for a full refund!
