This a SCAM!! Don t buy from them

I have put through my order but have not received a shipping confirmation even after selecting the express shipping option.

This website is a scam!

Scam, fake, fraudulent! Paid for fipflop on 4th december...never get anything! Fake track number.. avoid this company!

There was no confirmation e-mail, and nothing arrived for four months, so I wrote a bad review originally to warn others this might be a scam company... But the flip flops did come eventually, and they are very nice.

I pay for tong and never receive a confirmation mail et never receive my order or any answer.

It's been 9 weeks and I still have yet to receive my parcel. The tracking website they gave looks dubious and when I tracked my package via the USPS website, the last update is "label created". I've tried their customer service and the only advice given by them is to check the tracking via that dubious website that expires periodically. The tracking on that dubious website is showing that my parcel has been flying around USA for 9 weeks. So bad. Not recommended. I just want a refund but they are just ignoring my request.

Edit: I finally received the parcel on 3rd December 2020. Upong checking the tracking which miraculously is working now, My parcel started its tracking more than 1 month after I ordered. I was told by the customer service they sent it out the day after I ordered but obviously it was a lie.

I ordered a pair of flops (Havianas) during the first week of october 2020 and till date (9 November) I have NOT received my item which is PAID for, I have sent a number of complaints and got NO response, I have requested a refund and got NO response.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, ITS A FAKE STORE, A SCAM WHICH TAKES YOUR MONEY AND DOES NOT DELIVER SERVICE!!!!!!!

Terrible company. I ordered a pair of flip-flops on 9/09/2020 from Flopstore UK and heard nothing despite contacting them by email and online with a "bot". All correspondence was with the USA so the website for UK is obviously just a fake front. Now 2 months later I have had a card through the door saying I have to pay £13.53 customs charge to collect them from the post-office depot. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF IN THE UK - IT'S A FAKE SHOP FRONT.

I ordered a pair of flip flops on 2 October 2020. My account was debited but no confirmation or tracking details were received and the items have not been delivered. I have sent two emails to the company and have received no response.

Ordered 20th October 2020. Payment went through . Nothing has arrived and no response to my emails....highly suspect . I am going to my bank to get my money back

Clearly a scam. Paid extra once the payment went through and NEVER received my shoes!!!!!

I bought a pair of Havaianas Mario Bros on September 19th and today November 1st nothing came despite several complaints on the site. I would not buy again.

Do not ever buy from this company. I have messaged them 3 times, there shipping information does not get updated, no reply and over a month has passed and i still do not have my order. Asked for a refund and still no reply.

Is a scam I never got my shoes abd they act like no one knows where the shoes are I’m asking fir a credit and nothing nothing

Placed my order July 9th as of today Sep 8 I still have not received my order. I asked for an update a couple of times and they simply just sent me a tracking link which doesn't help at all. The last update dated Aug 6 was "shipment arrived it's country of destination". Hong Kong is a very tiny country. It's been over a month since it arrived HK but until today no shipment from FLOPSTORE. Very very very disappointing and frustrating...

I’m not happy with the service that this company is offering, my first time and total frustration with FLOP STORE.
I made my shopping two weeks ago, I haven’t yet received it and have no email explain why my shopping didn’t arrive yet. AND it’s just impossible to contact to them online or by telephone ☎️ 🚫 my daughter had to go on holiday with our her feet flop and we don’t know what happened because I can’t contact them. Rubbish website,

Appalling and non existent customer service
Paid for goods and four weeks later no delivery or response from repeated email requesting whereabouts

Worst company I have ever had to deal with! Ordered middle of June and still not received. Order confirmation wasn’t sent for over a week. Paid extra for guaranteed delivery. Product wasn’t even dispatched for over 10 days and still not here. Only reply if you message them on Facebook. Avoid avoid avoid

Do not buy on this site. Made an order on April 1st and did not receive merchandise. Customer service is horrible.

Never received order and when I tried to call phone was disconnected. I wrote an email and they never responded.
