Absolute scammers! No confirmation email received after ordering, no way to contact them except via the website which go unanswered & ignored, no flip flops received and no way to get a refund. Lesson learned to check out websites before ordering.

Ordered 3 pair of flip flops in July. It is now November. No flops. No answer to emails no answer to phone calls. Ordered through after pay and they can't even get a response. Out 60 dollars.

I ordered in March from Turkey, and paid for items.
They never came.
No one responds to emails.
Got a response on their fb page with a fake tracking number, but no further support or response.

Avoid at all cost.

The website is down, didn't get my merchandise, no way to contact them, no refund!!

Yep .... Amanda .... must be an automatic reply ..... unfortunately noticed the reviews too late and had already ordered. Waiting for 5 weeks now and still no delivery. And Amanda has completely gone silent .... If you look at the reviews below there seems to be a pattern. All US customers are happy and no overseas customers did receive any order. Maybe they do not ship outside US??? However, I did not see any note regarding to that issue. Very annoying. ......

Have to correct myself .... customer Sept 15 is from US and also has not received anything ......

I waited 3 month and never got order. Costumer Service does not respond to my emails.

BEWARE -Ordered flip-flops 46 days ago and still have not received. Customer service is nonexistent, constantly emailing them and still no resolution! Will never use them again ever!!!! They OWE me $60 ! Reported them to the FTC fraud division also the Better Business Bureau and the South Carolina Attorney General !

Definitely would not recommend this company. Never had a confirmation email, just a confirmation at time of purchase with a bogus phone number and email address that fails. No way to contact. Even writing this review with option to check the box to notify the company - the email address is incorrect as I've already tried it. Customer service horrendous if it is in fact a legit company.

Looks like a scam company pilfering small amounts from gullible customers. My order of 1.5 months is yet to arrive. The feeback is pathetic with 1 staff named "Amanda" replying to all messages. Beware and DO NOT BUY ANY ITEM FROM THIS SITE.

I can only agree with previous reviewers! A total scam and terrible customer service…. Or shall I say non existing! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!

Ordered flip flops over 2 months ago. Blamed on the shipping but will not provide tracking info and will not refund money. Will not use again.

Ordered a pair of flops 2 months ago, never arrived. Tracking just said "Shipment Information Received" but customer service lady said this has been despatched.

Obviously no refund is given, such a bad company by making profit this way!

AVOID PLEASE! DONT THINK YOU ARE THE LUCKY ONE AS YOU NEVER WILL BE!

SCAM - ordered 2 month ago. Charged directly but no sign of the order. Cannot track or get in contact with the company.

Ordered havianas flip flops on 15th June - no confirmation email received, money was taken out of my account on 16th June - it is now 17th July no flip flops delivered - emailed but received no response - PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered in mid June 2021, they took the funds straight away, now mid July and still no delivery.

I have emailed them twice and had no reply.

Do not buy from them!!

Ordered flip flops at beginning of June, still not received. Keep being told they are on the way but the tracking details do not update. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Never received flip flops after a month of purchasing them. Slow responses from customer service team and I still haven’t received a refund.

A month later no flip flops.
Emailed was answered and was provided a delivery ref that didn't work.
I wouldn't order off here will keep this updated.
I'm going to report soon if no luck.

Ordered Havaianas over a week ago within Spain, I haven't received anything and they haven't responded to my emails.
