Good product, fitted quickly and efficiently by very professional fitters . Over a year later the floor looks as good as it did when it went down . Would highly recommend . The product was engineered wood . Top quality underlay was used which has very good thermal and acoustic qualities.

Staff are friendly.we had to wait awhile for our flooring. The flooring is good quality and looks good. Pleased with it .They need more choice of door plates .we had to purchase else where .the ones they had didnt match our flooring

Good product questionable fitting service
The fitter they supplied tried to negotiate more money directly with me which was underhanded and they slagged off the company. They weren’t professional and from point of sale I never really felt Floor Giants cared after that even though fitting is surely very important part of the process if you choose to go through Floor Giants fitter I would expect better

Really friendly and helpful staff got me the right flooring for my new home and under the budget I was looking to spend as well. Would use them again but the flooring has a lifetime guarantee :D

Helpful staff... only problem was carpet fitters turned up to wrong address... but no problem went to correct address and fitted carpet very quickly

Would not use this company again
Took my measurements into the shop. Ordered flooring and fitting. On the day of fitting there wasn't enough to complete the room. Was told this was my fault and had to buy another pack of LVT to complete the floor. Communication from the branch was appalling.
