This is regarding Flood Brothers Disposal. I have been renting 2 dumpsters from them for the last 20 yrs. Its a commercial account. I sold building 3 weeks ago & have attempted to cancel the service twice over the phone. Its a commercial account. They say they will call me back. That there's a system to close account.
But no one ever calls back. Its a complete dead end. Stay FAR away from this company. Cannot cancel account. Looks like I'll be paying for years for services with a sanitation company for a building I no longer even own!

Had a great experience with Flood Brothers! Called at 7PM because my garbage disposal was leaking and explained how I needed someone the next day because of my personal schedule. They were very accommodating and scheduled me for the next afternoon.

So far so good.
I call for an estimate they're extremely reliable dependable knowledgeable and Presentable
I had a lot of questions they were all answered.

Wow Phillip was incredible! He fixed everything so fast and good and show me how to use it properly and fix it if it happened again! What an amazing service and so profesional. I can't thank him enough I will definitely use them again! Thank u so much

Good job! I was able to make the appointment the same day. I had a leak where my washing machine is connected and the guys fixed it super fast. I also appreciated the timing of arrival and the speed of work. Now I know whom to call in case of urgent matter. Thank you

Even though the job wasn't done perfectly first time and I still had to call them back the guys were very fast to fix the problem. I was assigned another more experienced professional and with all the curtesy he fixed my sink. And the best part is the clean space after he left. Awesome! Love that
Will definitely come back (and that's not just a beautiful phraze, my old building gives me headache soon to be migraine)
