The website was easy to navigate and straightforward. Would be nice to have a section to find all the pipes and accessories related to LOTR. A more detailed descriptions of the items, along with better pictures of the pipes at different angles and with different backgrounds would improve the overall browsing experience. Also a size comparison pic would be helpful. Selecting and adding your items to the cart was a breeze and the continue shopping option was a time saver, since it did not kick you from the page you were on. Different payment options were also available so that was a plus as well. Overall my shopping experience was great.
