Excellent pipe, masterful craftsmanship, wizardly themes
The items came in a day early, so that's always a plus.
Immediately inspecting the contents, there are a number of delicate touches that underline the attention to detail and care, from the light ribbon around the packages, to the directions given for their application, I can tell these are great products.
I purchased a church warden style pipe and it feels great in my hand. The bowl is balanced with the 12" stem and well weighted. I could have bought a $20 plastic church warden on eBay, glad I didn't.
The stain and etching in the wood is masterful.
The only critique I could give is the personal rune monogramming is a little small and hard to see. I actually forgot I had it monogrammed and I missed it in the initial inspection of the pipe, but I remembered the personalization a few minutes later and inspected for it and found it on the front of the pipe bowl. It's there, but it blends with the stain and natural grains of the wood maybe a little too well.
I will buy from flogglewerks again, count me a future returning customer and promoter for those looking for this style of pipe.

This is hands down
This is hands down, one of the greatest (wooden pipes) I have ever owned. It hits fantastically, is tastes great, top quality craftsmanship. I will definitely be shopping here again, and I will definitely be adding more of these beautiful Hobbit pipes to my collection.

Took a few days to ship out because I selected the 16" stem, but the pipe arrived in upstate New York from Washington state the day after it shipped, so I'd call that 5/5 service.

Excellent customer service
I purchased my second Floggleworks pipe and the stem had a hairline crack in it. Contacted customer service and they responded immediately. They shipped me a new stem. Excellent customer service. Love the 2 pipes I have. Will definitely be getting more!!!

Accidental Perfection...
I found Flogglewerks by accident 4 years ago, and I have not been elsewhere to buy a pipe since. My recent purchase is my 5th pipe from them. Flogglewerks' pipes are incredible!
