I had a combi boiler fitted by Dan it took 3-4 days in January 2021. Dan was a good worker and true to his word about the process, he was very respectful to our home and us. Dan was a good a time keeper and left his working areas tidy. The boiler is situated in an airing cupboard which is ideal. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Nick turned up on time, very friendly and did a brilliant job and was very tidy.

Dan and Nick from Flo-Smart attended my property; an un-furbished flat.

Dan fit in a new boiler system replacing an old immersion tank and fit a few bathroom bits.

Nick fit and refit a range of electric items around the property.

Both came down to view the work and sent quotes very quickly, priced fairly and gave advice on the jobs.

All jobs completed in 1 day, worked quick and thoroughly and both guys were easy to deal with.

Very transparent from start to finish.

Nick arrived as planned on time and was courteous and wore his mask at all times and was respectful of social distancing. The work was carried out professionally and was tidied up when finished hardly knew he had been there. I will have no hesitation useing Flo-Smart again or recommending them to family and friends

As my boiler gave up on Christmas eve, I was lucky enough to have got in touch with Dan, who was not intending to start back to work untill the 4th of January.
But he came to my rescue, and with a very economical high quality new boiler he made sure we had hot water and importantly HEATING. in the cold spell, thank you for your quick and efficient response. J cockerill-Wright

Nick cleaned out the extractor hole, vacuumed and cleaned up all the mess after installing my extractor fan.
Price very reasonable and would definitely recommend.

Excellent job. Nick knew straight away how best to give us what we wanted. He gave us a quote very quickly and was able to fit us in as soon as he could. He was on time and did a good, professional job. The price was fair and he even came back to check another appliance for no extra money. Very satisfied. Arrived on time, fitting the new boiler with superbly accurate pipe work and fixed my daughters radiator issue and our water pressure issue without a problem and quickly.

Thoroughly excellent. Great communication, were at the house when they said, did a thoroughly good job, and left the place tidy and clean. Will use again and have no hesitation in recommending these guys.

Dan and Nick were excellent. They worked non stop to get a two day job completed in one day following a late request for additional work from me. They removed and then fitted a boiler and installed a radiator in to a loft room where there was limited access. Both jobs were extremely neat and completed to a very high standard. The house looked immaculate once they had finished. We will certainly use Flo smart for future work. Couldn’t praise their work and attitude enough.

I’m very pleased with the job and the price was great. I had a 20 year old boiler, so the system needed up dating. The engineer installed a new boiler, a couple of new rads and up graded/renewed what was required. Dan was very quick, clean and the price was great. I definitely would recommend him as he is very trustworthy
