Great experience, travel in comfort
The service is very reliable and always on time. The bus is clean and you have the possibility to charge your phone while watching a movie.
In my case this bus was cheaper and faster than using the train service.

I booked a FlixBus ticket from Turin to…
I booked a FlixBus ticket from Turin to Bergamo Airport for €20. Unfortunately, my flight got cancelled, so I had to cancel the bus. To my shock, FlixBus charged me a €15 cancellation fee — leaving me with just €5 back. That’s 75% of the ticket price gone, just for canceling!
I reached out to their support team hoping for a reasonable solution, but they offered nothing. No flexibility, no understanding, no help at all. This kind of policy is incredibly unfair and predatory, especially when cancellations are out of the customer’s control.
FlixBus clearly puts profits over people. I’ll definitely avoid using them again, and I recommend others to think twice before booking with a company that treats customers this way.

Lost luggage on Flixbus
Lost luggage on Flixbus – no help from customer service!
I lost my suitcase on the Flixbus from Pisa to Milan on 25 March 2025. I accidentally left it in the lower luggage compartment when I got off the bus in Milan at 11:45 AM.
I realized my mistake immediately and contacted Flixbus at 12:05 PM via their online contact form and chat. The bus was still en route to its next destination at that time.
Since then, I have filled in the lost luggage form multiple times and contacted customer service almost daily. Unfortunately, they have been completely unhelpful and unwilling to assist in any way.
Today is 6 May 2025, and I still have no information about my luggage. Very disappointing service!

I had a horrible experience with…
I had a horrible experience with flixbus. My bus was first delayed by two hours with no clear explanation. After waiting around with no shelter or proper communication, they suddenly announced that the bus was cancelled altogether.
To make things worse, they refused to provide a refund despite the cancellation being entirely their fault. I had to scramble to find alternative transport at the last minute, which cost me significantly more and ruined my travel plans.

A good service
Overall a good service, so far we have not experienced mayor issues. The buses are clean, there is enough space for personal item and minimum body movements (more than on a plane), the drivers are helpful and professional. It is a good options to train and cheaper than personal car.

Be careful! Completely unreliable
Sunday evening in Udine, received a message that the bus was delayed by over 2 hours. Waited outside. The station was closed, it was getting dark, phone battery running out. What was most shocking was that even after over 2.5h, there was no sign of the bus and no communication or explanation from the company, and no way to contact them! Ended up staying at a nearby hotel as a last-minute solution! Very scary and will avoid booking with them in the future if I can help it!
