This night trip through Italy being nice and easy
This night trip through Italy (from south to Rome) was exactly what it was supposed to be - a little bit tiring of course, but CALM and SAFE. I was traveling alone so that was extremely important to me. Everything was well organized, messages clear, I love the way it was possible to track all trip, bus really clean, driver giving nice feeling of security.

I wasn't aware of this service and I have to say I'm very satisfied, it arrives directly at Malpensa from Modena and you don't have to change as you would with the train, interesting price, I recommend taking into account that if you travel on Sunday due to heavy traffic on the motorway the arrival time changes

We travelled from Vicenza to Venice…
We travelled from Vicenza to Venice Marco Polo Airport on the scheduled 15:50, which left at 16:50.
We didn't mind the tardiness of the departure but what we were very unhappy with was the attitude of the driver and his helper to certain passengers.
The level of rudeness was inexcusable. They should both be, at best reprimanded, but preferably fired if they ever repeat the behaviour they displayed to two of the elderly coloured people that travelled that day.

So weak customer service
The customer service of flixbus is so weak. Nobody answered me for occurred problem.
I don’t know why there is nobody to manage and solve the passenger’s problem.

Pray your bus doesn't get cancelled
My bus was cancelled, I booked an alternative ride and they refused to pay for it because in the end I arrived to the destination. This is in complete contraddiction with the European regulation. In case your bus gets cancelled, call them and try to get your money back right away. And use Paypal, at least you have a higher chance of getting your money back.

Terrible this morning !
The bus to Split airport never showed up.
There was nobody from Flix in the offices adjacent to the bus terminal and other Flix bus drivers were indifferent or knew nothing. The helpline goes unanswered so I had to pay a taxi to avoid missing my flight.
I recommend avoiding them.

Horrible experience
My first experience with flixbus is awful. The bus from Bologna to Innsbruck was 75 min late , instead of 12:45 pm it arrived at 2 pm.
On my way back, it was even worse. The bus Innsbruck Genova Nice. I was waiting for my next bus in Genova for 3 hours from 11:40 pm to 2:40 am !!!!! ( the bus was late again) at the bus stop with no seats, no roof, literally nothing, just a bus stop in the middle of nowhere.

Terrible. Our bus from Florence to la spezia was delayed by 4 hours. We had to sit at a bad cafe that had no turned on AC and rude personell. Also lost my bankcards on that bus. Coincidence? I think not.

Flix bus was a no show
marco polo airport July 25. The 7:30pm bus to cortina sent a text they were an hour late, and then never showed up at all. The flix bus driver and bus that was at the airport at 8pm was completely unhelpful and did not offer any indication when the flix bus to cortina would arrive. No refund offered, even though no service was provided and we wasted 4 hours of our holiday waiting on these jokers. Help line goes unanswered, email request unresponsive.
