Absolutely shocking experience
Absolutely shocking experience. Waited for a bus to take us to a concert in October 2025c the bus never turn’t up and continued onto London without us. Leaving us to pay £100 for a train ticket to London. I have raised several complaints and phone calls and I am yet to receive a reply

Very poor service bus was delayed and…
Very poor service bus was delayed and then the bus driver was rude to me as there was a issue in boarding my baby and I asked for a refund due to this and no response was given even after leaving several messages on their portal and to make things worse for me and my family the company didn't even provide the right to apologise for the stress it caused, I don't reccommed anyone to take this bus national express are much better when dealing with customers they don't disappoint

Very disappointed with my recent…
Very disappointed with my recent journey. This is now the second time I have experienced rude and unprofessional behaviour from a Flix driver.
During the trip, there was a driver change in Northampton. I was briefly on the phone speaking to my son, who has special needs, and the call lasted only a few minutes. I was not being disruptive, aggressive, or causing any disturbance to other passengers.
The driver approached me and told me to get off the phone or move to the back of the coach. I explained that I had paid for a front seat and wished to remain in the seat I had booked. The driver's response was completely inappropriate. He threatened to stop the coach and remove me from the bus, despite the fact that I had done nothing wrong.
I found his attitude intimidating, disrespectful, and completely lacking in customer service. As a paying customer and working professional, I do not expect to be spoken to in such a manner.
The most disappointing part is that this is the second occasion I have encountered rude behaviour from a Flix driver. One bad experience can be an isolated incident, but when it happens more than once, it raises concerns about the standards of customer service being provided.
I expect passengers to be treated with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience on this journey.
Im never travelling with flix ever agaln.
