I called the Customer Service today 8 March 2022, to change the return tickets for my parents and I was impressed with the excellent service I received.

Shadab is excellent
If I were just rating Shadab, the third person I talked to this afternoon about my flight situation, the rating would be an enthusiastic five. He was polite, considerate, helpful and he gave me better news than the other two people I had contacted. I didn't get the names of the others, but what should matter to you is that two out of the three people I talked to did not provide me with much assistance or hope. Two of them gave me incorrect information about the status of the ticket that I was unable to use due to COVID. First I was told that it was not refundable, but that I could rebook my flight as long as I did it by 2:30 today. The second person told me the cost to rebook my flight was an additional $400 over the cost of the ticket. Shadab kindly explained that I had until Dec 31 to rebook and I would receive credit for what I have already paid toward the cost of a new ticket. He was exceptional and restored my faith in Booking.com.
