Very Disappointed

I have booked 2 trips with Brooke at Forestway and I must say this time I have found her to be a little non responsive, I paid $25000 for a trip to America and have had a few issues that I feel I need to address.

1/When I purchased the holiday with her I was told if we got the Oz money card and deposit $100 we would get $50.00 extra, Brooke was not aware of how this worked, sent me a link that didn't get me the deal, so when I asked her about it she said she wasn't aware how it worked, I contacted Oz money nd they said no its to late we cant get the deal because it needed to be sorted out by the agent, so now we have a card with $63.00usd on it each, we feel we wasted $100 aud as we didn't really want the cards.

2/ When I booked the trip Brooke booked all the seats on every flight except out American airlines flight from Dallas to Memphis so I emailed her a couple of times asking for her to do it as we where worried we wouldn't get seats together, I never got a response from her, I went into the store and she was off sick and was sent an email to contact me, still nothing so I decided to do i t myself, call AA and they said that the agent had to do so I begged the person at AA to help and they did and booked me seats, so why is this my issue to take care off?

3/ About 2 months ago we got a time change with Delta from Memphis to Atlanta so the transfer needed to be changed so she said she would sort this out and get back to me, yesterday she emailed me to advise that all my transfers had been cancelled and I was getting a refund for all my transfers.
below is the email I got from her.

Due to this I have been unable to re-book at a same or similar cost, so I have requested a full refund from the supplier.

I understand this is a major inconvenience and I have tried to source an alternate supplier to re-book the transfers, but have had no luck.

My suggestion is going to be to see if an uber or a taxi will be able to replace the transfer service.
Unfortunately I can not book this for you and is something you would need to arrange yourself.

If Brooke had just left things as they are and come to me and asked what I wanted to do, I would have just said leave it as is and we can make our own way to the airport by taxi or uber, then non of this would have to change, but no she didn't confirm with me she just cancelled them and said I would get a refund, I would never had treated my clients like this, I use to work for STA for 10 years and a short time at FC.
2 weeks out from my trip and I am having to go to Viator to try and find 8 transfers, I don't have the cash to be spending on transfers when Brooke cant even tell me when I will get my money back.

I can now say I will never be booking any other trip with Brooke or FF Forestway.

I will not be recommending anyone to go to that store.
I would like to some to organize my refund straight away as I am having to use my spending money to cover our transfers.

If someone cares they can contact me, DO NOT HAVE BROOKE CALL ME AS I WANT NOTHING MORE TO DO WITH HER.

BEST TRAVEL CONSULTANT - JAMIE!

Jamie my travel consultant made the entire process of booking our family holiday not only a breeze but fun. His knowledge of the countries we wanted to travel and his advise was 2nd to none. We will definitely be booking all our travel needs through Jamie again.
