My daughter had already received so much guidance and help from Jacqui all through planning her big trip to Africa. Twice I have rung Jacqui for assistance, once my daughter missed her connection and next assistance using her travel oz card. She never gets impatient and even though having a busy day today she rang back and got us sorted as soon as she could.Jacqui is the manager of the Croydon office in Victoria. All the staff at Croydon are wonderful.Its definitnely worthwhile booking through Flight Centre rather than online for support when things don't go to plan.

I have travelled to many countries…
I have travelled to many countries regularly. I always go to flight centre Croydon Vic. I've found they are extremely competent, explain all options & take time to listen to my needs & questions. Matthew is awesome! I highly recommend Flight Centre rather than online bookings, they do all the work & it's not at all stressful.

I would like to commend Matthew Crivari at Flight Centre Croydon. Due to unfortunate circumstances we had to cancel an overseas holiday. This became a lengthy and stressful situation for all. Matthew was exemplary in his handling of the process, always polite, kind and helpful.
The situation has now been resolved satisfactorily and I express my gratitude to Matthew for his caring assistance.

Have just returned from an amazing trip to Japan. The flights for this trip and another trip in 2023 were organised by Matthew Crivari at Flight Centre Croydon. He found, on both occasions, Flights at the times I needed them and at a good price. I cannot thank him enough for his efficient arrangements and I look forward to planning more adventures with his help. Grant
