Gon Vega was really helpful, helped us find the best deal for our trip to the UK for the route we wanted, with a lot of questions and needs. I've always used Flight Centre for all my holiday booking as I've always had great service from everyone I've dealt with for the last 20+ years of traveling back and forwards to the UK. I booked my flights, travel insurance and accommodation for my 5 week trip at Flight Centre Lambton Quay, Wellington. How lucky was I that Daniel Dias looked after these details for me. Not only had Daniel travelled to the countries I was visiting, but as a former resident of Rio de Janiero, his recommendations about where to stay and what to do there were spot on.

I have to say, this is the first time I've used Flight Center for my travels. To be honestly true the assistance I've received from Mikayla was above and beyond what I'd have expected. Traveling with a service dog can be quite daunting. Mikayla had everything sorted right down to early seating, making it a breeze and no added stress for my dog. Great service, will definitely be telling everyone the ease of Traveling, I've received from the flight center Dunedin

This is the second tour we have organised with Natalie from Flight Centre, and she has done an excellent job. This trip is to China and Japan, following our previous journey to Egypt and the Singapore Grand Prix, which she also arranged very efficiently. I have just been on a trip of a lifetime for my 70th birthday. Lendl organised our trip so I could really relax and enjoy it!! THANK YOU!! My trip included flights to Budapest, a River Cruise for 7 days and 2 days in Prague, then 9 days in London and 3 days in NYC. All went without a glitch. Lendl helped me choose the best River Cruise experience- using her expertise. And she was spot on. All connections went smoothly ! We loved every part of our holiday, flights, cruise, accommodation all thanks to Lendl. She really personalises all communication and rung prior to our trip and was available during our trip and touched base on our return to see how things went. Exemplary service. This is the 4th time I have used Flight Centre and I will continue to do so.

Kim booked the flights to central Africa for me as I was having trouble finding all the flight connections using webjet or rome2rio. Kim organised the plane seats as well and kept me up to date when flight times changed.

The Flight Centre in Wellington booked my 3 month round-the-world ticket with Air New Zealand and the Star Alliance. There were 14 flights on 6 airlines, 5 hotels on 4 continents, 1 rental car, a 2 month Eurail Pass, 2 insurance policies, and their Captain's Pack.
Their patience and accuracy resulted in perfectly coordinated arrangements. Nothing went even slightly wrong.
Daniel also gave me advice he earned on the trail... about managing internet and phone connections abroad, pre-registration for immigration control at major transport hubs, and a dozen other tips to make my travel easier, especially around local public transport.
These are people doing what they love, and sharing their absolutely irreplaceable personal experience with their clients.
I have several times used travel agents abroad, and they have more than once bailed me out of a tight corner. But this was far and away the most complex trip. The Flight Centre gave me perfect attention, and a faultless experience. I would never even consider doing it without them. My gratitude is boundless.

Whilst the overseas call centre staff are very polite and try to be helpful, everything takes so long. I do wonder if they are taking other calls at the same time - the response is always to wait 3-5 mins so you're constantly on hold in between snippets of conversation.... I am trying to book extra legroom on a return leg of an overseas flight that I booked online - the process is incredibly slow and I STILL have not managed to book extra legroom after 1 hr 30 mins and 2 different calls...
I'm used to travelling with the Middle Eastern airlines where everything is so streamlined where you can book everything you want upfront. I will NEVER book online with Flight Centre again.

As you will see in your system, we have worked with Flight Centre before, but I am pleased to inform you about the difference in service we received from Yvonne Unka. We had also worked with other consultants at the Lambton Quay and Newtown offices, and apart from a rather passive approach of simply answering questions, we were especially impressed by Yvonne Unka’s follow-up both during our trip (due to my eye condition) and afterwards. This is something we were not used to at Flight Centre.
Yvonne Unka’s problem-solving skills and practical approach always made us happy. In fact, on several occasions when I visited the office, even if Yvonne Unka was busy, I preferred to wait for her to finish her work rather than go to someone else. Because the approach of other sales representatives felt like they were only providing what was available without offering real solutions, almost as if sending the customer away with a “take it or leave it” attitude.
We were truly very satisfied, and we greatly appreciate Yvonne Unka’s behavior and professionalism.
Our busy but wonderful six-week trip went very well. Our journey back home was smooth, and all our flights were comfortable. There was only a short delay in Hong Kong, but it was not an issue at all—such situations can happen from time to time. Even for this delay, we received a message from Yvonne Unka. Seeing that someone cares about you during a long and tiring holiday and flight journey makes a person very happy.
In fact, when people in Switzerland and Turkey mention that they are planning to visit New Zealand, we have shared very positive comments about you and Flight Centre. We recommended that they look into your services and were happy to mention Yvonne Unka by name. We would also be glad to recommend you to others here in New Zealand whenever the opportunity arises.

I live rurally so going into a physical store is not always easy. So I chose to communicate with flight centre via their email request, where Nick from the Blenheim store replied. My request was quite a complex one, but Nick was great, working with me, responding to emails in a very timely manner and creating a package I was happy with. He worked hard to accommodate all my requests and I am very appreciative of his help!
