Flightcase Warehouse Reviews

Custom build from scratch, what I thought was a potentially wacky idea, but they listened, took a great deal of interest and absolutely nailed it. Design, build and customer service first class. Again!

FCW are always amazing. We always trust our case design to Jase and the team.
Thanks as always for delivering above and beyond

Flightcase Warehouse were very helpful with our order and turned around our order very quickly for an upcoming event.

We are very happy with our flightcases.

Good quality product, well made.

Great, They were able to build exactly what I needed to go around the world

Case delivered was high quality and contact and communication throughout the design and build process was excellent

Always use these guys for custom (& off the shelf) great quality flighty's !
Friendly, knowledgeable & always delivered exactly when stated !
Nice one !

My experience was great. Although it about 6 weeks for the Flightcase to arrive I was informed of time it takes for the Flightcase be ready.
And when it arrives, and open I notice a dent on one of the edges which was cause by the delivery driver.
I contacted the company and their response was great. They were fast to send me the replacement parts for the damaged edge to replace.

Great service and a great product. I am very satisfied!

Flightcase Warehouse provided a well built, bespoke product to me, at the time I wanted it. I gave them very little time, but the service was spot-on.

A superb piece if kit which wraps around my new amp which I used for the first time at a gig last night. The flight case was easy to lift on to the stage. I braked it, the 4 fasteners undid so easily and the main section lifted off smoothly. I left my amp on the wheel base on the stage which elevated it about 12 cm to give me a comfortable reach to the controls on my Orange Crush 100 amp. The whole unit was easy to lift in and out of my van, manoeuvre it on it's wheels and brake it to stop it moving about inside. Well worth the money. I'm delighted with this flight case. I had to wait about six weeks for it to be built and delivered but it was worth the wait. Phil Tennant, Belper, Derbyshire.

Delivered on time as requested and product manufactured to spec. Very happy with supplier.

Come early then exspected. Great product excellent solid case for my Yamaha montage 8. Nice job guys thank you 😊 🙏

I ordered my custom-built flightcase for my guitar pedalboard after Flightcase Warehouse was recommended to me by numerous friends and family. I've been needing a well-built case to look after my huge board and keep all my pedals safe and secure. Staff were super fast to answer all the questions I emailed them with. My case arrived a few weeks earlier than originally said and the dimensions were perfection. The height was generous enough to allow for knobs and all sorts and protective foam holds it all tight. The case is robust and sleek - I love it, and it's the talk of my church! I feel a lot safer taking my gear on the road. Thank you Flightcase Warehouse - until next time!!!

Poor communication and service. Wasted months of valuable time.

Fantastic service. Very knowledgeable staff. Spare parts arrived the next gay. Superb.

I had a custom flight case manufactured for my acoustic bass guitar for an overseas show.

The case needed to be manufactured in a relatively short timescale and couldn’t be delayed due to me being un-organised.

Sam was really helpful with the ordering process and everything was delivered bang on time with no issues at all.

The case is rock solid and does the job well. It’s a lot heavier than I anticipated. But, this just shows the quality and level of protection it provides… or perhaps that I just need to go to the gym a little more often.

All round, happy.
Thanks very much!

Excellent service , from start to finish. I dont go anywhere else for my cases now, I think I have 25+ made from these guys in my stock.

Nicely made flight cases, they aren’t the cheapest and it can take a bit of time for the flight case to be made, but it is worth the wait
