Excellent little shower – perfect for van life!

I’m really impressed with the Flextail Tiny Shower bag. It’s very easy to use and has been brilliant for my trips away in the van.

The battery life is excellent too. I charged the shower once and have used it over a two week holiday, which is much better than I expected. I also really like having the two flow settings built into the power button, a slower flow for when you want to conserve water and a faster flow when you want a proper shower.

The 20-litre water bag is a really good size and gives plenty of water for a shower without taking up too much space. One of the best features for me is how well i could warm the water. I simply left the bag on the dashboard of my van in the sunshine, and it heated up really well, giving me a lovely warm shower without needing any other heating source.

Overall, I think it’s a fantastic bit of kit for camping, van life and travelling. It’s compact, simple to use, has great battery life and the 20L bag works really well. Definitely one of those pieces of camping equipment that I’m glad I bought. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wood not respond to a email about the pump that had a bugged battery

Flextail went above and beyond and agreed to replace a pump even though it was outside of the warranty period! I was very pleased with this this customer service.

Terrible Customer Support – Still Waiting for My Replacement - Order Number #F104674411

I contacted Flextail on August 21st regarding a problem with my Flextail EVO Repeller 3-in-1 Outdoor Mosquito Repeller Lantern.

Their support team replied asking me to provide the product name, order number, purchase platform, a detailed description of the problem, and photos or a video showing the issue. I sent all of the requested information straight away.

After that, I heard nothing for several days. I followed up multiple times before eventually receiving a reply confirming that they would send me a replacement. I was told that my original colour was out of stock and asked whether I would accept the black version instead, and to provide my shipping address again.

I replied immediately confirming that black was fine and provided my shipping address as requested.

Since then, nothing.

I have emailed several times and have also completed the contact form on their website multiple times, but I have received no further response and no confirmation that the replacement has been sent.

The product issue itself could have been easily resolved, but the complete lack of communication has made the experience incredibly frustrating. I shouldn't have to continually chase a company after they have already agreed to replace a faulty product.

Very disappointing customer service. Flextail support has been extremely poor, and I am still waiting for the replacement they promised.

I purchased the max vintage lantern. It was a nice addition to my camp with three levels of brightness. The humidifier is great in drier climates. It took me a few minutes to realize the flame part doesn’t work unless there is water in the reservoir. I was surprised at how quickly it charged my cell phone but didn’t drain the lantern’s battery

This company are not worth your time.

I ordered the Tiny Tyre Pump which was missing a piece from the start. I immediately contacted Flextail who have been nothing but shambolic in their replies, which have taken multiple emails from me at times. Bear in mind THEIR product was missing a piece, they have offered me a 50% refund eventually after initially offering me a 5% refund. For me to get a full refund, for my £46 item, they have said I must send the item to America at a cost of £124.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I left a review on August 14. They replied and asked me to send them an email. I sent the email and never received any answer.

USELESS Tiny Pump 3X
I ordered a Tiny Pump 3X since it was on kickstarter.
Due to no need of it, I opened the box after few months and I was extremely shocked. It was my daughter's first birthday on July and wanted to inflate some balloons. The Tiny Pump 3X didn't have the power to inflate anything. I filmed it and put the pump back in the box.
Just regret I bought something useless.

Have just ordered a flex tail tiny tire pump from this company. It seemed well-constructed at first glance.

However, the item developed a fault on the very first use.

The initial email from the company asked for relevant details; however, 4 subsequent emails have not been answered. Clearly very poor customer service, and I wonder if delaying tactics are being used to exceed the return window.

Most disappointed, and will certainly not recommend this company.

NEVER AGAIN! I should have checked Trustpilot before ordering. It's no wonder you are ranked #36 out of #36! I ordered a combination pack for power banks which included a 5000 and 10000 mAh banks. After using the 5000 mAh bank ONE TIME it failed to take a recharge and is now a useless brick. I have reported this problem but you still have not resolved the problem and described in detail that it won't take a charge. I also noted that I tested it using the same charging setup as with the 10000 mAh bank which charges without a problem. Instead sorting this problem, some idiot wants me to send a video. A video of what??? A dead power bank that does nothing? Can you not see how utterly useless your request is? Instead of wasting my time just replace it or refund my money.

This is my second review of this company in a matter of days because I’m urging people to avoid them like the plague. Their customer service is completely non existent and non responsive. so much so that I actually think the messages I have had are AI! After my initial review on Trustpilot they asked me to reply to them on here….you cannot do that Flextail! I’m now 8 emails in and absolutely no resolution whatsoever. The products aren’t cheap so please avoid making an expensive mistake like I have and it appears others have too.

Very disappointing experience with Flextail.

I purchased a Flextail air pump a few weeks ago. It worked great initially, but on only our second camping trip, it failed. The pump now makes a high-pitched noise and the fan does not appear to run, making it essentially useless.

Products sometimes fail — what has been far more frustrating is Flextail’s customer service. Despite making enquiries to the service email, and following up twice, I have received no meaningful response or assistance.

A relatively new product failing after only a couple of uses is disappointing. A company then ignoring repeated requests for warranty support makes the experience considerably worse.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Flextail. If the company ultimately responds and properly resolves the issue, I will update this review accordingly.

⭐ Avoid FlexTail

I bought the FlexTail Max Pump 3 unfortunately it stopped working after just one use. For a product that isn’t exactly cheap, this is incredibly disappointing.

What’s even more frustrating is the customer service. I’ve contacted FlexTail twice about the faulty pump and, despite waiting, I still haven’t received any response or resolution.

A product failing after its first use is bad enough, but completely ignoring customers who are trying to get a faulty product resolved is unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from FlexTail. The product has been unreliable and the customer service has been absolutely atrocious.

I recently purchased the Flextail pump/lantern product. I have just used it. I inflated my camping mattress so easily and then tied the lantern to the roof of the tent. Three different light strengths and two different light colour tones. Excellent options. I then used the pump to help me deflate the mattress afterwards and it worked really effectively.
Very good product.

Good quality of products! Excellent customers support!

I've been using my Flextail SUP pump for about a year now and it's transformed the process for using my SUP. It looks great and has useful functions like pre-set PSI's and you're even able to charge your phone off it! The ordering process was straight forward and the interactions I've had with customer service have been hassle-free...always polite and helpful.

Update: after posting this, Flextail have not responded to any of my follow up emails and are refusing to engage, replace or refund. Purchased a bike pump, failed after the first cycle. Product has serious design flaws allowing water ingress. Have contracted support who are making the refund process impossible. Have no choice but to issue a charge back. Warning to others, do not purchase - they do not honour warranty breakage based on my experience . To Flextails Response: The Support team asked for phots or video, which was supplied, then without further feedback asked for video, which is not possible to supply over email. The company is making a refund purposefully difficult to obtain by placing roadblocks and delays in place

They pretend they are operating from Britain. Your order comes from the USA and takes weeks. If you want to return an order you pay the full cost of postage and any customs taxes. Never again

Placed an order for $250+. Product shipping showed moving through customs to a shipper 1 hour from me. Hasn't moved in 7 days. Now past the delivery date. Reached out the shipping company, only a BOT reply. Reached out to Foxtail, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Now disputing charges withe my credit card company. Order #F104494301.
Weeks of contacting Flextail customer service, now the 27th. Order still showing at sniper sense the 12thw. No direct contact from flextail at all. Just a BS reply on trustpilot.
