Please don't deceive with ads! This is a scammed advertisement! Ordered knee strap and there is 0.00 price for lifetime guarantee and after 2 days they charged me $70. The item didn't delivered as well and now can't able to reach them anymore!

SCAM!! I should have researched first! Never received the product and have been charged another $49.99.. filed disputes with the bank. Glad I caught it before they took more money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!

Much like other users - was promised $9.99 for a product, charged 2 weeks later $49.99 - then became hip to their scam and canceled my card & reported them for fraud before anymore damage could be done. Never received any "product".
These are getting so advanced, I'm hesitant to do online shopping anymore.

I had a terrible experience with FlexWrap Fitness and would strongly advise others to stay far away.
I initially purchased knee bands advertised for $29. Just three days later, I noticed an unexpected $49 charge on my account that I never authorized. Then, to make matters worse, two weeks after that, I was hit with another charge of $149—again, completely unauthorized.
There was no clear disclosure of any subscription, additional fees, or recurring billing at the time of purchase. This feels extremely deceptive and misleading. I attempted to reach out to customer service and received little to no helpful response.
This company’s billing practices are unacceptable and honestly feel like a scam. Be very cautious before giving them your payment information—I regret doing so.

I ordered a flex wrap at an 'unbelievable' low price. I should have known it was a SCAM. The wrap hasn't come and they charged my card first $49.99 then $149.99 for a 'membership' to their workout app. I went back to the website and saw that it had a "auto sign up" to the membership when you purchased the item. I contacted them on 3/20/26 and their website was shut down sometime before 3/23/26. I contacted my CC company and they are investigating the fraud.

SCAM ALERT!!!!! I ordered $10 knee strap for knee pain from an online ad. Unfortunately I got scammed and now they have charged over $200 and I never even received the initial knee strap for the medical issue. AVOID!!!! Total scam!!!!

Scam...they keep stealing money. They Never sent anything, they have $150 reoccurring fees...the website is no longer active. They charged a $50 lifetime guarantee 2 weeks after i purchasedthe product..this is a scam! I had to ho to my bank to block them! Sonce you cant email them since they are a FAKE store! Do not buy

I was scammed by this Company like most of these reviews. I did purchase the Flex Wrap $9.99 and much to my surprise $49.99 &$149.99 was removed from my account triggering a fraud alert and shutting down my card. This are two charges that I am not actually sure what they are for. There is no mention that could find....

They don't have a customer service number, imagine that. I did email them. Got an email back stating a total refund would be issued first 2 to 3 business days.its been 9. Then I received one 5-7 days. I have sent about 8 emails...no refund.

My Bank has opened a case its been reported to the authorities.

This has been a very unfortunate experience. Beware.. hope this helps sorry its rather long...

Well I wish I had done my research first Just like everyone else I have also been scammed! No product received. No response to email. Also a “subscription fee $149.99 just came out. Cancelled card. Lesson learned the hard way!

I would give them a zero if I could. I have not received my order placed on 3/3/26. They tried to charge my card 149.99 and another 49.99. I have emailed them and now my emails are being returned and their website is down. Total scam.

There is a phantom subscription for 150/mo now!! I ordered a $10 product weeks ago, which hasn't arrived obviously, and somehow I have a subscription that I cannot find a way to cancel. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This product showed up in my social feed as a quick purchase for straps at $15. I never received the straps, but I did receive additional charges totaling more than $200.00, showing as a recurring payment to the company, and the company had stored my card information. When I received an email supposedly from this company asking how I was enjoying the product and to contact if I had any problems, the email address that populated the email was A PERSONAL gmail.com account, not a company email address. I deleted the email quickly and did not send. This is a fraud.

Complete scam!!! They will charge your credit card $210 and never send the product

I bought the wraps and never received them. They then took out a membership fee without telling me. I put a stop payment on my account and contacted flexwrap. They kept saying they issued the refund but it never appeared. Then they just stopped messaging me. So now im out 50$ and 70$ with no product and no refund !!! They are scammers and I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering !!!

Just got hit by these scammers today! They advertised a $9.99 knee brace, which sells on Temu for $4 by the way. Then waited a few days to first charge $49.99 and then $149.99! WOW! This is even before I received the product! What a sick bunch of people to steal like this! Good thing my credit card has a good fraud department and caught it. I suggest anyone that was taken in by this scam to just report it as fraud. There's no reason to feel guilty about charging back these pathetic crooks!

Just like everyone else I have also been scammed, these people are sick and obviously the advantage of people with knee injuries.

I received the product, if sucks and doesn’t work at all, is uncomfortable. Got charged additional £115 and £38 and have no reported to my bank.

Absolutely shocking
Same as everyone else saw it as a way to ease my knee pain . Only to find out I’ve paid two subscriptions which I never signed up for. Contacted flex strap to be told we will cancel your subscription nothing about a refund
