Terrible company to work with. Customer service reps continuously hang up on customers. Company does not advise customers of changes they make to payment withdrawals. Take advantage of people by ripping them off. Customer beware!!!

I would also give a negative 10 if I could. I got a PlayStation 5 from them in October 2023. It worked for about a month. Made a loud pop noise one day and wouldn't power back on. I tried contacting them, but no luck. Tried getting them to call back. No call. Finally I got to talk to someone, because of a payment. He put me in touch with someone, that I thought was trying to help. Yeah, she sent email and I done everything that was to do. But no actions after that.. But yet they keep wanting a payment. It's been a half of year now and nothing still haven't been done.. Got an email talking about canceling the contract. So, I called.. Had another person that was gonna help. Paid and made an agreement. Well, guess what. Nothing still haven't been done. So, I got a few referrals from states bar association to help me in this matter.. It's like I have never had this problem, not even with my Own Lease account and my rims and tires cost more than the Playstation..
