Item was delivered freight-damaged
Item was delivered freight-damaged. It was accepted in perfect condition by the driver and, when delivered, it had suffered a hit to the top of the soda fountain damaging the entire upper portion of the machine. It appears to have either been dropped or struck by another piece of freight when being moved by a forklift.
The office staff was very efficient in keeping me informed with regular telephone calls and text messages. I finally asked them to speak directly with the receiver and cut me out as a middle man.
