We approached Fleming Verandas for a 6m x 3m Toscana Veranda. Our garden is south facing and due to the weather we experience in England we needed a cover for our garden furniture. Everyone has been brilliant throughout the process. We had Rob come round to measure and for a cuppa. We spoke about all the sun that was coming through the kitchen and decided to add blinds. Smooth and thorough process. Any time we wanted to know anything, the office staff (Chris in particular) were always happy to help. Cost was a lot cheaper than some of the quotes we received and the installation was done so quick you could blink and miss it. Highly recommend!

Made appointment with Fleming, to see the product e we e liked the look and the way they were made,got a home visit from Sam,we ordered what we wanted within a few weeks fitter’s turned up to carry out the installation, a great product great fitters,and wonderful staff thanks to Sam and the rest of Fleming’s

Sam arrived promptly, prepared a quote which arrived the same day. Workmen arrived on time. Excellent workmanship. Quality materials and finish. Can’t fault them. Would recommend unreservedly. Superb!

I settled on Flemings Verandas after getting quotes from other companies. Although Flemings was the cheapest I chose them as they had very good reviews. Communication with them was good as we settled on the design and final price. The erection work started on time and was finished within one day. The two people involved in the erection were friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with the final result.

Very happy with my new 7m by 3m glass veranda , with blinds . Sam was very friendly and helpful , and the fitters were very quiet and capable . An excellent job all round, and well priced , given some silly prices quoted by others .

I recently had the pleasure of working with Fleming Verandas for the installation of a glass room in my backyard, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism, care, and attention to detail.

The team was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation to the final installation. They took the time to answer all of my questions, address my concerns, and provide me with all of the information I needed to make an informed decision about my new glass room.

The installation itself was seamless and went off without a hitch. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently and quickly, and completely transformed my backyard by the time they have finished. The glass room they installed is simply stunning and has quickly become one of my favourite places to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Overall, I cannot recommend Flemings enough. They are true professionals who take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. If you are in the market for a glass room or any other type of veranda installation, I would highly recommend giving them a call. You will not be disappointed!

Very poor service. Spoken to disrespectfully and not at all interested in any sale. To make matters worse they are saying they are not offering interest free but displaying on their website 0% interest free up to £5000. I would definitely be wary of a company like this

First off I just want to point out that I did not get any services or products from Fleming. But I felt based on my experience with just trying to get a quote I had an obligation to leave a review. I booked a visit to get a quote, I was told I would get a call to confirm my booking. But instead, I got a call from the person who I assumed would come to visit my home to get all the info from me, see the location, and then give me a quote. But I did not get a visit, instead he asked me for pictures, dimensions, and what I wanted. I tried to provide this as best as I could over the phone, which I did not like. I also had a hard time understanding his wording and fast-talking. I told him we needed some way of adding a doggy door, and I believe he said they could not do that and that's how it ended. All I wanted was a glass room from a reputable business. I did not get a site visit. Great customer service and trying to get a new customer!! UPDATE: I did not ask for a doggy door to be put in glass, I asked for one of the wall panels to have a bottom PVC section only, where I can install a dog door on my own.

Absolutely delighted with my Flemings Veranda. It was a good price and the quality is very high standard. The company have exceeded my expectations they reply to any queries almost instantly even Kate into the evening. The construction of it was done very professionally and the lads courteous and polite. Would recommend this company.

We tried about half a dozen companies (from 3 ultimate manufacturers) and found Fleming product was the best (albeit not by a large degree) but they were also very easy to deal with and responded quickly and in a straightforward manner. The whole process went very smoothly (from order to installed product within 4 weeks) and was stress free. The manufacturer delivered (good guys and helpful) when promised. The installation team arrive when promised and did a really quick and neat job. The final veranda looks great and we look forward to being able to use it in the warmer weather come rain or shine.

Excellent company to deal with. Great service, always contactable with prompt and friendly replies to queries. We had a complicated bespoke design because of the unusual angles on our existing building. We had a well-known competitor pull out because they thought it too difficult. The Fleming team exceeded expectations with the quality of the installation, and the bespoke design means you cannot tell there are odd angles on our house. Great job and I would thoroughly recommend.

We went to Fleming after another (supposedly reputable) company tried to fleece us. Sam was helpful and open from the beginning. He didn't try to load extras onto the price, opened up the 'show room' over Christmas just to accommodate us when they were actually closed. The team who came to fit it were clearly experienced and competent. Even though they aren't local they have offered to come back to finish something they couldn't do on the day due to our own error, as we hadn't got the right chimney for the pizza oven (we've had it built around this). We have ended up with a lovely veranda that we are really pleased with that is also £2k cheaper than the other company had quoted us. Would definitely recommend.

Right from the start I found the sales person who came to survey my property was very knowledgeable and bought some great models of the profile to show what the potential frame would look like. After placing the order the veranda came on the set date I was told and the fitting team came the following day as arranged. After meeting the fitters i left them to it and by the end of the day the main frame was up which was good going due to its size and the good old weather the next day it was finished and I’m so pleased with it I would recommend to others ( five star )

From first meet to completion of our beautiful veranda I cannot fault anything! Sam is a really great guy, expert in his product and advice. There was no hard sell just honest advice what best suited our needs. He was always available to contact via email or watsapp, liased with our landscaper and even when out of the country responded to a message. Sam and Georgia even helped me source a non fleming spare part for an awning for my mum which was the kindest gesture. Tiny delay in installation due to sickness rectified by Sam immediately and installed on a Sunday in snow! Installers were brilliant. A great team clearly formed on the basis of good strong traditional family values. We are recommending to everyone we know. Good communication. Fitting was as planned, with no mess left. Adjustments made as our house was not built straight!

I just wanted to write a review about the brilliant service we received from Fleming Verandas Sam came out and was very knowledgeable about the product all the information he gave us was accurate. Any queries we had he answered and made some suggestions about trying out the veranda then adding extra modules at a later date. Two weeks after we placed our order we had a call from Sam to say our Veranda would be delivered and built the day after . The fitters arrived 2 great lads and had the veranda up in 5 hours it was a pleasure to work with the team at Fleming Verandas. I will certainly recommend them.
