We never normally do this but felt like we had to share or dealings with Fleming and in particular Ruth and Robert for their outstanding service, dedication and family values which firstly sold us to them right from the start.
Nothing has been too much, even though we had delays (our side!) from our base fitters, tilers, underfloor heating company.. they accommodated us and then changed the project, project serials and fitting req. every step of the way.
Could not be happier, we now have a beautiful modern extension to our property right on time for Christmas. Thank you again guys 😘. Rachel and Dean Summers xx

Very impressed from end to end; initial enquiry, discussing detailed requirements, placing an order, being kept informed during the build process, the actual installation, and the post install follow-up and service. No pressure, straight forward talk throughout. Good, attentive communication. They will always return your calls if not personally available when you ring. Sam suggested shopping around to ensure that we were confident with our selection. For us it's about the quality of service, as well as the quality of the product. Flemings score 10/10 on both counts.

We recently had a Lazio opal lean to veranda installed at our 100 year old property. When obtaining a number of quotes for this work, we found the person who visited the most professional, willing to listen to what we had to say, provide answers to any clarifications we required and didn't try and pressurise us to sign on the day. They also didn't phone in the evening to ask for our decision as we had requested. We found the firm also to be competitive on price.
Despite a couple of minor hiccups getting the work started, we found the workman friendly and efficient and who certainly didn't leave us anything to clean up. Do have the technical drawing available whilst the veranda is being installed.
We are very happy with the product over the first few weeks and are happy to recommend this product to others.

This verandah is absolutely fabulous.workmanship was second to none. No mess and completed within time agreed around 6 hours. Would highly recommend this company.

Really pleased with our new veranda and under awning and the fitters on the day of installation worked so hard in awful weather. Unfortunately they couldn't complete the job due to a couple of incorrect side strips being supplied and the wrong drainage fittings. We had a few hiccups getting the job completed but overall I'm happy with the product, company and the service.

Was looking for an awning. Contacted 3 different companies. Fleming advised a different solution which didn’t make them a penny. They have been incredibly honest. Very grateful. Thank you.

Despite a few teething problems at the start, they set about the job in a very professional manner and clearly explained any issues with me if they were encountered. I was asked my opinion on issues that came up before doing the work. To date the veranda is very impressive and robust. Would recommend.

Great product, great service and a great price compared to other quotes we had. So happy with our veranda. Now we can enjoy the outside space whatever the weather.

Firstly Sam was very patient with us. From the start it was obvious that his priority was getting us something that we'd use and love. The process of engaging, designing and planning was all very easy, with the Fleming team always available for questions.
The installation went entirely as planned and all the bits and bobs were cleaned up afterwards.

Flemings did everything to accommodate my needs, from price to product, and from the first visit to completion they were professional throughout. During construction a couple of problems occurred but, they went out of their way to rectify them. The Veranda not only looks great, it's a great, functional outside space. Thoroughly recommended and special thanks to Sam & Georgia, and fitters Neil & Kalin.

Been promising to do this for a while now, finally getting around to it! Really, really happy with our Weinor Kubata awning. Seeing it on display really swayed the decision for us. From the first enquiry to fitting, I can without any hesitation say that Sam, Chris and the office team were more than helpful and accommodating with any query. Discussing my requirements in depth with suggestions that have added to a superb additional space. Neal & Mike who fit my glass room were without doubt perfectionist taking pride in their work and ensuring I was happy at every stage of the build.
