The quality of product is excellent
The quality of product is excellent. It took 10 months. We expected delays, however it was still about 4 months longer than we anticipated. We plan to have the sofa for the rest of our lives, and believe it will last, so it was worth an extra few months wait.

Great service
We received our new sofas and chair yesterday and they look absolutely fabulous, and great quality. We asked for a couple of changes to the furniture which were incorporated exactly to our wishes and at no extra cost which we really appreciate.
We would also like to compliment the furniture delivery guys who not only unpacked everything but didn’t leave until they had placed the furniture exactly where we required it, a credit to their company please pass on our thanks.
Overall a great experience, well worth the wait.

Red chesterfield sofa is fantastic, comfortable and is the centre showpiece in a hybrid period/modern designed lounge. If you consider what Fleming and Howland sofas are and how they are made, they represent exceptional value for money.

Revision of complaint
After carefully listening to F&H of my initial review and it's connotations.
The following can be modified
Fleming and Holland were professional in all dealings with me.
The Sofa that we had ordered with a few changes on us opening for inspection was thankfully a beautiful piece of skilled workmanship!! Exactly as ordered!
The Fly in the ointment was the delivery company that F&H employed to move our sofa.
There was no communication from transport until Van was 15 minutes away from home to deliver!!
So it was left in front porch of house because delivery men had to “ Ferryhome” I had to ask neighbour to keep an eye for the whole day.I had to find a place to store sofa for a few days.= very annoyed customer!
This is now being investigated by F& H and steps are to be taken that no reoccurrance of this happens to future customers.

We love the sofa
We love the sofa, it looks absolutely amazing. The quality speaks for itself, so should last a lifetime hopefully. It arrived earlier than was first expected. No complaints whatsoever, a good experience.
