We made a visit to the Burnley showroom.
Really just to get a feel for the company and the quality of their products.
We were well received and even treated to a factory tour. We were not disappointed and duly placed our order. From the start of the process to its conclusion everything went very well. This is a great company with great products, they are very easy to deal with and go the extra mile to deliver a quality product and service.

Great quality furniture, but a disappointing choice of the delivery partner. It has taken one month to ship goods from Manchester to London.

Flemming & Howland is Spectacular!
Start to finish, the whole proces went great:
- Their website worked perfectly and was very well designed. What feature I was selecting was clear and made sense. All the way thru to payment, the tech was spot on.
- They communicated very well. Emails came exactly when I expected, and said/asked/informed exactly what they needed to.
- The estimated deliver window turned out to be exactly what they said up front. No delays. No run-around.
- The pictures on the website showed beautifully designed furniture built by expert craftspeople. What I received was exactly that. The Mustang loveseat we ordered is simply spectacular!! It's everything I hoped it would be, if not more.

It is always difficult buying something…
It is always difficult buying something online and unseen and when it is an expensive item of furniture it is all the more stressful.
However, I needn’t have worried as Will from the Customer Service Team helped me with things like “Will it go through the room doorway?” it wouldn’t so had to take off the door frame but that was ok and easily done and at least I knew well in advance. He also helped me with refining the colour and shading of the leather by liaising with the workshop on my behalf. He took away all the stress and was easily contactable throughout. Thanks Will.
My Chesterfield was ready for delivery well within the estimated time given on ordering.
The delivery company used were helpful and efficient and even took away my old sofa.
I am so pleased with my Chesterfield, it is a beautiful sofa, expertly crafted in top quality leather which will improve even more with age and will be treasured for many, many years to come.
