Fleet prices are a fabulous professional company, I have used them twice now in the last 3 Years and they have always been extremely efficient, always called or emailed back when they said they would and they matched the price I got from elsewhere. This was my first time leasing, and I probably wouldn't do it again based on my experience with Fleetprices.

I was in need of a car fairly fast - around 4-5 weeks. So needed to look for in stock cars.

It got off to a difficult start when I requested quotes for an Audi A4 from Aaron. He actually forgot about me and I ended up having to call back the next day to remind him to send me over some prices.

When I eventually got a quote that fitted my needs, I told Aaron I was happy to proceed and he told me he'd send over the documents to confirm.

The next day I get a phone call from Aaron telling me that the price was now increasing by over £250 for some miscellaneous 'delivery charge'. Something I would have thought they'd know about before hand? Aaron even admitted it was likely that Audi were trying to 'squeeze a bit more money' out of me.

I even offered to go pick the car up myself to avoid the charge but was told this was not possible - I was completely baffled.

I reluctantly agreed to the increased price, since I needed the car fast. If I'm honest, I feel I was taken advantage of since I admitted I needed the car fast and so they tried their luck getting more money out of me - and it worked so good for them I suppose.

After all was confirmed, the next few weeks were an absolute drag. I was passed on to the support team who gave me virtually no updates unless I constantly asked for them. I would liken it to a solicitors when you're buying a house - like trying to get blood out of a stone. It was particularly stressful trying to confirm a delivery date as I needed to book time off work to ensure I was available to take delivery.

To be fair, they did reply to every email I sent - Alisha in particular was very responsive. But it often felt like they weren't acting with much urgency to get an answer.

Some final points which shocked me along the way:
1) I was not told that the initial rental was actually double than that advertised until after I paid my processing fee - half of the rental is paid by Audi as a 'dealer contribution' and they send it to you to be paid back to them. Apparently this is fairly normal but it would have been nice to be told about it.
2) I was not told that the car was being delivered from hours away, meaning the car has clocked up 160 miles before I've even seen it.

Overall I don't think the £300 processing fee offered very good value for money here. I would look to go directly to the car manufacturer in the future as they charge no processing fee and can often offer the same or better price - something I found out after I had paid Fleetprices.

I first contacted Fleet Prices back in mid January 2019 enquiring about a vehicle for a deal which seemed to good to be true, it was.

I put my order in and had my line of credit accepted, immediately after this the delivery date changed instantly to June delivery delivery which was a 3 months difference so I cancelled the order having not paid my process fee as I needed something more urgent than 6 months wait.

I was then called a few times, after ignoring calls knowing they was going to offer alternatives I had an email saying the delivery date for the car I originally enquired about was conveniently going to be delivered in March as originally planned. I was skeptical but explicitly said in my email back if you can guarantee it will be with my mid to late March I'm happy to go ahead with the order again, i then paid the £400+ processing fee (about the highest I've seen as a processing fee) the problems began. The closer the end of March came the further away my delivery date seemed to get.

Come the end of march I was told my car was at 'Port of Exit' which means it could take another 4-5 weeks from here. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited. 4 weeks came and I had to contact them to find out the latest news. Again port of exit and can take ANOTHER 4/5 weeks from then. Not good enough, I was looking at my original date I couldn't wait until then. I wanted to cancel my order as i was at the end of tether and was fed up with being fed the same old story and having to do all the chasing myself.

I'm then told I need to pay an £300+VAT to cancel my order that have completely misled about in the first place to secure a sale. They thus far has agreed to wavering my cancellation fee as a 'gesture of goodwill' however I'm still in process of trying to get my money back and will be contacting the FCA soon to engage them to assist me after having been blatantly lied to too secure a sale they don't deserve a penny from me.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Brad at Fleetprices was absolutely fantastic in managing my recent car leasing request. Friendly and regular communication not a hint of a pushy sales approach and provided useful information and options throughout the process but always focused on my needs. He offered to arrange test drives for the makes I was interested in if I had not been able to secure a test drive myself. He has been a pleasure to deal with and made the experience a great customer experience. I like to work with local businesses where possible and to receive such good customer service was a real highlight. Will recommend!

Excellent price and great communication throughout the whole process. Gave updates when they said they would and car delivered on time. Can’t fault them and would definitely order next vehicle through them if they remain competitive.

2nd time I have got a leased car from Fleetprices they go the extra mile - I dealt with other companies looking for the best deal this time round but Fleetprices win hands down - not only did I get the best deal with Fleetprices their help and experience is second to none.

Leo has been fantastic to deal with - always goes the extra mile to get a deal that works. This is the 4th car I've had through Fleetprices and Leo has been helpful throughout the whole process every time - even phoning to check that everything was OK on the delivery day. I've had plenty of disappointing experiences with other lease companies so I appreciate how good these guys are. Communication is brilliant.

Good experience from getting lease quotes to getting the car. Leo and Alisha were friendly and professional throughout. Any concerns I had of managing the process remotely evaporated.

The whole process, at least my part in it, was very straightforward.
The Leasing Broker with whom I dealt (namely, Ashley) was very professional, helpful and equally importantly, very courteous and friendly, and always made sure that I was kept up to date with progress. I actually felt like a valued customer.
I am absolutely delighted with the vehicle that I ordered (a Jeep Renegade....not everyone's cup of tea but I love it). The car was delivered when they said it would, in perfect condition and to the specification that I requested.
All in all, a very good experience and would definitely use them again/recommend to others.

I did approach other companies but Fleet Prices offered me a wider choice and for a much more competitive price. Whilst waiting for delivery I was kept informed of progress by your support team and I appreciated your making the effort to keep me in the loop.
The end result was a delivery one month earlier than first anticipated. The vehicle was in excellent condition and was delivered by Mark who again was a friendly individual who took obvious pride in his work. Robert telephoned a few days later just to check that I was wholly satisfied - much appreciated.

Spent several weeks choosing cars and looking at lease deals, and found a great deal with Fleetprices....or so I thought. I specced up a new car after their prices were the best for the particular one we were after and submitted quote requests, which all came back and confirmed the price. Emails were exchanged back and forth confirming the finer details (available colours etc.) and we tried to close the deal and place the order. At the last minute, they bumped the price up significantly. When asked why, they said 'oh we forgot to add VAT'....DESPITE all the prices on the screenscrapers stating the price included VAT, on their own website and on the actual email personal quote. We'd spent 48 hours in communication with them, which they were taking their time replying to. I tried to ring but was told it couldn't be done over the phone. The worst thing of all is that I'd showed my kids photos of the car we were getting - after all, I had been QUOTED a price, by direct communication after submitting the details on their website requesting contact, and my kids were upset when I told them we were no longer getting the car. Absolute timewasters, and not to be trusted.

This is the 2nd time that I have leased a car from fleetprices. The service is amazing, Leo Nicodemou was my dealer broker for both cars and I must say he is the best at what he does. He is very professional has endless amounts of knowledge in his field and goes above and beyond to ensure you get what you want. His communication skills are on point, he kept me in the loop every step of the way to ensure the smooth transition of collecting my old car, to delivering my new one. Overall the whole team is great their individual roles ensure you get a great service would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a lease.

Second time I've used Fleetprices and very pleased with the service. From the well designed easy to use website, the great price on the VW Golf, efficient communication throughout the process to the smooth delivery of the car. We will be using them again in 3 years when the next car is due!
