I don't recommend this builder, they steal your money, the builder is full of bugs and their support is the worst!! they don't understand English and all their messages in Italiano, I will reach to customer support in their country to stop them.

Where’s the zero star? DAYS to get help via email where they give generic answers from their already available generic answers are and a ‘I remain at your disposal’ response. 60 days notice to ‘quit’ that requires you to translate the cancellation pdf from Italian to English line by line via google translate. You have to email for days and push before anyone gives you a straight how to cancel. You download their form in hiding (sent link to you after several complaints) then fill out, with your id, then send to docs@(their site.com). Maybe they’ll send my domain transfer info? Its not readily available- they hold your domain hostage. The chats won’t be able to help-don’t bother.

If I could give this company 0 stars it would be very befitting. I've been emailing endlessly to get my money back, to get support with various issues for our websites and no one has answered any of my most important and urgent communications!!
This company is really, really bad at everything. CHEAP hosting, but very expensive to loss of potential business you could be getting for your customers. They are not professional as they do not respond to tickets in a timely manner like most companies do 30 mins. It takes 5 days!!!! Really appalling customer service and a real lack of support from support.😔 I have lost so much potential custom because of this company. Everyday costs me money!!! I am considering moving both my sites to another host as it's a very very bad company & you'll have difficulties!! ...Stay well clear, if you don't want the headache or the stress!!!

Really Bad HTML5 Engine. Poor Customer Service.
We pay the PRO service. and the HTML5 engine are acting weird the last week.
Editing thinks by the own, changing randomly stuff. totally unreliable page.

They want 45 EURO for the domain you register with Flazio if you cancel. Most .com domains are in the 10 to 14 EURO range so I consider this to be very high, especially given their 'value for money' position in the market. You will also get a surprise requirement that you must give 30 days notice.
While Flazio does have interesting features like the survey tool, it has other issues - such as you cannot download the site. I'm also not sure if you can clone a template that you make onto new sites.
Support is unusually slow (about 24 hours) in an era where hosting companies tend to reply within 30 minutes or so to any tickets.
