they were unable to transfer my domain so i couldn’t use their services. when i tried cancelling they gave me the run around until i threatened them with negative reviews, then silence. six months later they billed me for another year. i contacted them the day they billed me and they refused to cancel service and refund my money. i had to threaten them with interpol before they would close the account and they still won’t give a refund.
don’t use unless you like paying for worthless service and pulling teeth for customer service.

I have been tricked into purchasing an unwanted service. After asking assistance for the cancellation and refund, I have been informed for the support team that the customer service provided me with wrong information in order to make the request of refund impossible. Unacceptable.
UPDATE - I am now able to cancel the service but I am being refused a reimburse.

I can definitely say that you have one of the best support around, fast and reliable, bravo.
We have two websites and they have persistently debited money for the wrong website causing our pro website to become in operational and stopping the flow of our business. When you contact support they take forever to respond, you can be waiting days on end for a satisfactory response which you will never get unless the matter suits them as a company to want to deal with. Absolutely appalling customer support and when they do they finally provide you with a response you can bet it will be as though they do not understand English, a complete 360nto what you were originally requesting support for. All done on purpose to make the time pass so that they can debit yet more money from your account for another month of hosting. We have not been able to access our website for over a week now and neither have our students.
This company has very bad business operations practices. No business ethics whatsoever and If you wish to cancel your site and have it deactivated they will request you to provide personal documentation ID which they do not have any right to and this means you cannot cancel your account affecting your consumer rights. Legal action currently sought as it has been nearly a year of these underhanded games and immoral business practices that has time and time again disrupted our business operations flow and tarnished our business profile. Save your time, money and efforts and stay well clear away from this company because in the end, you think cheap but you will only regret it!!

The site Builder is a good disguise for their customer service I have reached out to them at least a dozen times or maybe less nothing from them about any questions I have asked very poor customer service is a robotic response not even a human response you can tell the difference be where I will never ever go overseas again they are from Italy

They took 80 Euros from me for one year, without asking again, just because I pressed one time the wrong button, and they wont give you back, even after i was contacting the support several times.
Even if i payed for one year (against my will), they told me i have to wait 60 days more.. WHAT THE F***?
ITS BETRAYAL!

Overall I had good service until I decided to cancel my contract. 31 days before the renewal date, I was charged a full year ahead without being notified first. I have asked them to cancel it and to have a refund because I was not going to use the service anymore. I was told It was too late, as, by contract, you can only cancel if you send them a cancellation form, which they need to send you first, and give them at least 60 days notice. From the control panel, there is no way to set the renewal from automatic into manual, and you can't even delete your account. You must write to them. In short, they take money from you 31 days before the renewal date is due. They don't send you an email to remind you that the service is about to be renewed automatically soon. And finally, you need to remember to give them at least 60 days notice. Clearly, a system to discourage customers from cancelling services.
